Best location in Johnson city! Offers beautiful spacious apartments with tons of kitchen cabinets and closet space. The amenities are a bonus too. Very well kept, great maintenance, and helpful office staff! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home!

My experience was very unfortunate with them.They took away my apartment few days before moving in, received an email saying that my apartment is no longer available as the current tenants changed their minds and decided to stay and they can’t do anything about it!!! And their solution was to offer me an apartment a month after my scheduled move in date.I had to cancel movers and lost lots of money and time trying to find a place to live in on such a short notice trying not to be homeless because of their “out their control circumstances”Just imagine if you have to move across the country into this!I never expected such a thing to happen especially when it comes to moving!

I recently moved in, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. The application and move-in process were incredibly smooth, thanks to the efficient and helpful staff. They were always quick to respond to our questions and went above and beyond to address any concerns we had. The team's responsiveness and flexibility made the entire experience stress-free. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail.

My husband and I were moving from Jacksonville,FL Chelsea was very patient with us. Getting things together when you’re out of state is not easy! However with Chelsea it was painless! She’s very knowledgeable, ,kind, and the professionalism was off the chart! We were welcomed with open arms! We were very lucky to have Chelsea in our corner!! Holly was great too! I’m looking forward to living at the Haven!!!

The staff is incredible, looking to help with anything you need at every turn. This doesn’t just mean the rental staff, but the maintenance group and everyone involved with maintaining the property day to day. Neighbors are friendly and the amenities on site are second to none. The apartments themselves are done well. Crown moldings throughout, walk in closets, storage for anything you need. I’ve lived in other apartments and can say without a doubt, the quality and value that you get from The Haven is top notch. If you’re considering apartment style living with the feel of a true home, this is the place.

just toured The Haven today and Chelsea was AMAZING. she was so kind and informative! she has lived on the property before and told us all about her experience and her favorite parts of living there! she made the application process so easy. the property is beautiful and the amenities are one of a kind. After visiting many apartment complexes in the Johnson City area, The Haven at Knob Creek became the place that stood out well beyond all the others. I expected to be treated with respect and made to feel welcome during the initial visits, but I continued to feel like every staff person here at The Haven truly wanted me there and have happily delivered exceptional service ever since I moved in. I have lived here for quite some time and am always impressed with the professionalism of the staff, from the front office personnel to the maintenance staff. I've had very few issues because they apparently stay proactive in keeping the property in great shape, but the times I've had to request anything, the response was quick. I feel very well taken care of at The Haven.

My experience while at the Haven at Knob Creek was exceptional. Chelsea went above and beyond by taking the time to answer all our questions and concerns as a future resident. The grounds are extremely well maintained. The amenities are plentiful. I spoke with two long time residents ( 8 yrs ) who echoed how great the experience has been for them. My family and I are very excited to be part of the community. If you want a great place to call home then this is it. Go Vols !!!!

My husband and I moved here about a year ago and we couldn’t be happier. The girls in the office were wonderful guiding us through the process. We started in a one bedroom and after six months we decided to go for a two bedroom to accommodate guests. The office staff was once more very helpful in making that happen. They even recommended someone to help us move from one apartment to the other as we both have bad backs. What a lifesaver that was!The facility is maintained very well and the landscaping is impeccable. The location can’t be beat as it’s within 5 to 10 minutes of everything you could ever need including medical care. The pool is wonderful and the gym while a little small has what you need. I highly recommend The Haven and have no plans to leave anytime soon.

The Haven at Knob Creek is a great place to live. Our apartment has amazing views of the mountains, and the pool and grounds are kept clean and manicured. The office staff and maintenance crew are always super friendly and helpful. I also enjoy the organized events like the food trucks and their "homemade" Holiday To-Go Dinners!

My wife and I lived here for over a year. We loved the location as it was convenient to work, but also downtown. Our home was spacious, quiet, and perfect for what we were looking for while getting familiar with the area. I am huge on grilling, so having the grills out by the pool were a huge plus for me. The office staff and maintenance team are always so helpful and kind. We would still live here today if we had not found a home. Highly recommend The Haven to anyone.
