Once again another American Company screwing us over. 10 pound bag of Ice is now a 7 pound bag and a 20 pound bag is now 16 pounds. THE POUND'S GET SMALLER BUT THE PRICE STAYS THE SAME. MORE MONEY LESS PRODUCT. The American way? We buy ice a couple days a week but that's going to change. I've been looking at home ice machine. Great prices now and in a couple of weeks it will pay for it's self. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Reminder to those reading this. Remember a 5 pound bag of sugar became a 4 pound bag and look at the prices now. They know we need it so they know they can screw you over.

Has the absolute rudest drivers. Can not keep ice. They only deliver when they decide they want to. Have called numerous times. Nothing helps. Way to Harman ice!
