Customer service is lacking.

Harbor freight's been doing a better job at keeping their shells stocked their store clean the personnel are friendly and understand what's at the store. But it's beginning to look more like a Sears. Sears always had nicer tools but It comes out of price.

Had bought the 750# Lawn mower / ATV Lift got it home and put it together right away only to notice it was missing the wheels. Called the Johnson City store and talked to the manager only to find out there weren’t anymore in the store. Manager took care of it with 2 wheels off the shelf right there on the spot. Top notch customer service!!! Thanks JC staff. Love this store!!!

Went to the johnson city store today to get the purple 5 drawer tool cart and the guy that helped me was a great help and good guy I wish I would have gotten his name he helped me get that cart into my 06 camry it fits out of the box in front seat anyway cashier was nice great all around experience thanks to them

Excellent selection, plenty of regular parking and wheel chair access. Some of the employees are rude.
