John did an excellent job on our Honda Odyssey at our most recent trip to H-Tek for vehicle maintenance. H-Tek customer service is excellent and their technicians are super thorough. I greatly appreciate their vehicle inspection reports so I can prioritize future maintenance. I highly recommend them to anyone in the tri-cities!

I scheduled service for my vehicle for Wednesday and was told I could leave the vehicle on Tuesday in the event they would have an opportunity to get started earlier. To my surprise, I got a call that the service on my vehicle was completed Tuesday afternoon!

H-Tek is an outstanding business. Very easy to work with and very thorough in their inspections and repairs. Dakota did a tremendous job with some needed repairs on my F350 diesel, including thorough cleaning of exhaust filter, fluid changes in transmission, differentials, and transfer case along with repairing some increasingly bothersome oil leaks. Seth is a super service advisor who thoroughly explained repairs recommended through inspection of vehicle but without any pressure to approve anything I felt was unnecessary. This will be my go to place for any vehicle repairs not covered by factory warranties.
Definitely a 5 ? business locally and family owned.

Always professional and welcoming. Although I was only having my oil changed, they still performed an In-Depth Vehicle Safety Road Test and Walk Around Evaluation, making sure my vehicle was safe and up to date. I received a text message with all results. I always feel safer on the road when I leave H-Tek Auto Care.Thank you Eric, Alex, Seth and Dakota.
