Purchased my 2024 Telluride from the these folks about three months ago. Had it in for the first oil change and checkup last week and very pleased with the people and the service. They were attentive, courteous and prompt. I had some questions on the vehicle as this is my first new car since 2009 and many of the service techniques have changed. T. J., the service manager, and his staff more than answered them with a full explanation.
I believe anyone would find them a good dealership to do business with.

Ask for Doyle, he was amazing!!!! Nicest, kindest sales person I’ve ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. I am disabled and they were most accommodating.

We had to have a keyfob for our newly purchased Kia Soul programmed and this dealership was the closest to our home.
Everyone was super professional, we didn't have to wait long and they even washed our car.

Blown away, y’all. My Kia Optima had a subtle low end rod knock, at almost ten years old and over 130k miles. I took it to Kia of JC, fully expecting to be given a bill of thousands after they formally diagnosed the sound. Instead, I got a call from Chris in service who said that he was working to get it replaced for me under an “extended recall”. I didn’t really expect him to follow through, after all that sounded too good to be true, you know, especially after he called again about two weeks later saying that wherever it was he’d sent the diagnostic results to kicked it back with a no, and wanting more testing. He stayed on it though, and with help from Nathaniel in service got approval to replace the motor at no cost to me.
They could have easily taken the first “no” they were given and just sent me a bill. But they didn’t, they pushed to get a proven factory defect covered under warranty, and didn’t stop til they got a yes. I now have a Kia with a new motor and it didn’t cost me a dime. I’ve never once had anyone at a big dealership like this fight for the little guy like me, and this is such a huge win for my family.
So thank you Chris and Nathaniel. If you’re ever around JC and see me at a restaurant, beers on me y’all. Customer for life here because of you guys.

I purchased a Kia Sportage back in April . After reading some of the other reviews, I agree that Kia of Johnson City is the place to go if you're car shopping. Also,ask for Josh! He is so patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Above all ,like someone else said,he seemed like a friend that you could trust.Its worth the trip from over in NC. P.S.
