I went in our local Grand Home furnishing because I need a new recliner. Rick met in us at the door and he was very cordial and helpful. I Told him I had seen the TV commercial.He showed me several different kinds before I settled on a Lazy y boy. He was very informative and helped me because I asked him if I could wait til the first of the month. He and the office girls were extra nice.
I was very satisfied and will go back if I have a furniture need.

I came into the store very stressed out because I had a whole apartment to furnish literally that day. The man who helped me was so sweet and kept me updated on the price range of everything I was looking at I was able to furnish our whole apartment from one store in one day, and they made the experience enjoyable. I can’t wait to get my furniture delivered! 10/10 def will be back!

I've never been disappointed with the quality of furniture I have purchased there over the years. I went I today to look for a round ottoman or coffee table for our second home I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for since I'm going with a farmhouse, shabby chic decor i did come across a round wood coffee table with bits of various shades of brown and teal mixed in. It was perfect as my console table is teal with a brown wood top. Not only that, my salesperson, Luann Issac, said it also included the two matching end table. Luann was very helpful with helping me choose the best for the space I was going to use it. Lovely store! Fantastic sales staff and service.

Rebecca was wonderful, she helped me find what I was looking for and was very patient while I was making my decisions. My visit was very easy going and enjoyable because of Rebecca’s attention and knowledge about what I was purchasing. I will definitely be contacting her again.

Easy to work with, bought the living room suite, and maybe a dining table and chairs. Only bad thing they don't have the popcorn machine anymore, sure do miss the popcorn.
