100% markup on parts from local parts store, when they get a discount already. I can understand 25-30%, but doubling the price for parts is ridiculous. I should've known better than to deal with them. Lessons learned. And using a impact to put aluminum lug nut covers back on did nothing but strip them out and chip the paint off of them. Very disappointed.

Been completely ripped off here a few times now and at two different locations. The Johnson City Boones Creek location refused to back up their shoddy work, telling me that I needed to pour more money into repairing my vehicle (I spent a several hundreds of dollars in repair work). They wouldn't guarantee their bad brake work unless I spent more money on other items. Literally told me that. Taking my vehicle then to a more reputable repair shop they resolved the issue and found the problem was that Free Service had jerry-rigged a stabilizer bar that didn't fit and put on poor quality brakes. The other Johnson City Roan Street location charged me $38 to plug a flat on my tire (tires I had purchased at Free Service), taking two hours of my time!!! Multiple people came in, were serviced and left in the time that my car was on the lift. I told them that I needed to get in and out as quick as possible. My car had been on the lift for over 30 minutes and when I went to look and see what was taking so long the tech was under the hood of my Range Rover with a drill. They said they were doing a multi-point inspection of my car. Why?!?! I just wanted a tire plugged and to get out of there so could get my family on the road to go to Knoxville for a UT game. These times of getting a simple tire plug are relationship-based and help bring business back, not a time to wring money out of people's pockets with things that are not necessary. Free Service has 100% lost my business and anyone I can encourage to go elsewhere, I most certainly will. I have paid nearly $2K to learn my lesson about this company, I hope you find elsewhere to go.

Great service,friendly staff. Unload by hand but appt wasn't till 1:30 I got there at 11:20am was unloaded by 12:55pm. Good people work here.

Recommend unnecessary services. Overpriced. Tried to charge me $25 for a $9 air filter. I went in to get a flat repaired under road hazard warranty and was told that I needed new shocks and that the shocks had voided the warranty on my tires which nrededicated to be replaced halfway through their life. Be careful dealing with them
