I have always been pleased with the service I've received here. Want to thank all the people who commit fraud for any SMALL problems I've had. Every person I've dealt with at two locations has been great! Moved to First Horizon after being scammed through another bank.

I have been a First Horizon customer since 1988, the bank was First Tennessee Bank until 2020 or so, and then they changed their name to First Horizon Bank but my point is I have been a customer for 35 years.

While the line/wait here can be pretty bad at times (especially on Fridays) I've always had pretty quick, efficient, and friendly service here whether I've gone in or gone through the line outside.
