This is not the first time I have used this location, but I have always been very impressed with Eric, the manager. No matter how busy he is, he always does his best. He does his job well and with a smile. I sure wish we had more people like him in this world. This will continue to be my go to place for shipping.

I went to pick up a package. After it was loaded, my truck would not start. Eric pulled his car around and gave me a jump. It was cold weather and he did not hesitate to help. Thank you so Eric for going above and beyond to help your customers!!

Employee was rude as can be when i went to drop off a package. I walked in,never been to this location, i walk up to the desk and the worker was not helping anyone, he looked at me like i was stupid and told me il get you when i can you need to move to the other desk..., not in a nice way in a very rude way. This guy needs a lesson on working in customer service.

Great place to walk in and scan/print blue prints on the spot, no waiting. At OD there is a two day turnaround. Lots of office supplies for a compact place.Laminating, printing and shipping all right here.

In my time of need - they really came through for me. My father passed away unexpectedly last month and as the oldest daughter I was in charge of arrangements for the service within 8 days & 7hr drive from Tri-Cities. Store Manager Eric in particular, along with his team, formatted & printed program - provided expertise in pixel of photos & quality of printing. What meant the most was the kind, sympathetic & encouraging words I received over the 3 days working with them! I will be forever grateful.

I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the new location does not have handicapped accessible parking. Otherwise, it's still the same great Staff and service! The Staff here have always been extremely kind and helpful to me. I've needed to ask for extra assistance due to a disability and they have not hesitated to help. The "Print and Go" service, that let's you print, scan and copy on your own, is great! It is a busy place and lines can be long but in my experience the staff will do whatever they can to make it easier. Thanks everyone!

Called ahead to this location to make sure they could help. Took of work early only to find out I was misinformed, not a big deal normally. Eli(?) Looked very busy, there was a long line. After 10 minutes or so waiting in line, Britton come out asks how he can help. I hand him my express shipment already packaged and labeled. I thank him and he begins to walk away. At this point Britton begins to mishandle my package, being rougher than i'd like and repeatedly tipping it despite nurmerous arrows indicating which way the package must face. I asked Britton to please be careful, the package is clearly marked "fragile/live animal". Britton immediately smiled then handed me the package back saying "as a matter of fact, we can't take this, sorry". No explination or alternative given. I began to leave, but stopped to explain that I had called to ensure it was okay before leaving work early. Britton just repeated they wouldn't take it. After an awkward silence, i asked "who could" to which he replied "the airport". I had to ask when they closed to which britton replied "i can call them FOR you and find out if you don't want to" clearly annoyed he wasn't finished with me yet. Britton was completely unapologetic and unprofessional for a situation that I didn't create myself. He demonstrated poor leadership and management skills and I somehow doubt it's an isolated incident.

I had to send a fax and didn't know how, Britton was awesome and did it for me. Unfortunately I forgot to sign it. I came back and Amanda showed me how to resend it. I wanted to ask if everything was finish, another guy seemed irritated that I asked him if everything was closed out...but Britton and Amanda are very helpful and made me very happy.

Sad service today. We stood there in line for 20 minutes, while they served people that walked in after us. Then after we spoke up they let us know their systems had been down the whole time. Then they condesendingly apologized. Hate to imagine how long they might had left us standing there.

Excellent Customer Service! I was greeted promptly when I walked in. I asked about banner sized prints, and was given multiple options and prices. I selected a 3'x4' paper print out and it was ready the next day. The price was reasonable for the short turn around. The next day, they called me when it was ready, which was a nice touch! The quality was gorgeous and the positive feedback I received afterward was extremely satisfying. Thank you!

I found myself driving all around looking for the place.... with the help of Google maps... service was fast. I usually just go to ups , more convenient. Also the label was pre paid and told me I should use FedEx or usps.... still had to pay for package... so really ups, would have charged me the same price and FedEx picks up there so.... I guess it's all about convenience.
