10 Federal storage on Preston Rd. In Johnson city, has a great location, and very, very easy exces for loading & Unloading your Things, I would and am highly recommend them for your storage needs

At Christmas time my debit card was used with out my permission, 10 Federal only take debit card for payment. I did call to see if I could pay with my account, I was told no but they would be willing to wave the late fee when I do get my new card. But after I talked with that person 10 Federal cut the lock off of my unit, locked me from going to my unit. So to say that I felt like this was an important way to handle this in my opinion.

A few years ago, before Federal bought this place, there was actually a person there. With a working bathroom. And someone to sweep the debris. Now there are no humans there on a regular basis. I walk past the same debris over and over again. The bathroom is locked, which is against federal law by the way. The gate didn’t work for weeks. And now, the final straw. There are no carts to move anything with. I called customer service. The guy I called to said that they “always advise thei customers to bring their own carts,” and that “they have never had carts available.” Which is weird, because I have been there for years, and only since last month have carts not been available. So I call back because I got hung up on. A guy told me that “since customers were stealing them, they no longer supply them.” So a national company, instead of using insurance to replace stolen property, they just don’t supply moving carts anymore. In an indoor storage facility. So to move out, I guess I will have to make 30 trips to my van. After years there, this will be my last month.

This is an excellent storage facility because of the drive-in garage to where you can unload your unload your belongings. The 24-hour accessibility as well. I like The DaVinci locks that are provided. I've stored with them several times, very safe environment.

They have been great. Very accommodating. We had an issue with getting the correct unit the 1st night. They worked with us changed our unit. And it ended up being our misunderstanding to begin with.And the facility is kept pretty clean. The only downfall is there is no restroom. That really sucks. But there is a store down the street that is 24hrs and allows restroom usage

So far , great. I reserved a unit on line. Then, a representative called me around five hours later and answered my questions. Then, I was sent a link to confirm and pay if I decided you go ahead with the rental. And, I have. So far, it’s been a great experience!Jodie s.

Very affordable for climate control. They have good selection of units, security & entrances. Pin code 4 access is great! IDK why people always ask me about it. Perhaps they ain't paying bills? Only gripe I have is often no buggy/Sled available. I've looked a few times. I would say have one per section of storage units, making 3 imo. It's also well lit w/ loading docks if ya' need 'em....?
