My Charlie is my love not one time did I worry at all about the care that he was getting, fantastic! The dogs were very happy with their visit you know you can tell, Totally recommend Ellen 100% !!!

Shes the only pet sitter we've used in Johnson City. We've had emergency trips pop up out of nowhere and Ellen has always been there for our dog when we are in a blind. Our dog is always happy to return so that tells me that he likes her! Prices are decent so I have no complaints

I had an appointment to meet with Ellen at 11 and was late to my appointment. I called and asked if she could still fit me in to meet my puppy and she says "no, and since you didn't come I gave your spot away, sorry" a curtesy call would have been nice? My puppy is like my baby, would you treat a child that way? I wonder the cate she would have even provided for my puppy since she was so whatever about getting in contact with me to confirm I wasn't interested anymore.

We are relatively new to the Johnson City area and own multiple pets and were in need of pet care while we were out-of-town. I reviewed several services and kennels and chose Ellen to care for our precious four-legged family members. She was no less than awesome! She met with us and our pets prior to our departure and got to know the pets and their unique needs. We had a relaxing trip and returned home to happy and well cared for pets. Will definitely get Ellen for all our pet sitting needs.

Ellen is a wonderful pet sitter. First time in 13 years I have had to board a pet so I had some anxiety. But she took great care of my dog and made me feel at ease by texting and letting me know how my fur baby was doing. Highly recommend her.

She was really good in the beginning but later was really bad in returning calls. Very unprofessional in that sense but we had good times with her. But it has changed impressions now.
