I watched my bedroom set for months because I couldn’t afford the payments. Eventually, one of the guys phoned and offered me a deal I didn’t dare refuse. I love my furniture, and the guys are absolutely the best, especially Mike, the manager. They make you respect EZ as a retail concern rather than just a rent-to-own.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't ever rent anything from them. They will harass you to death . Then when you can't afford it anymore and take it back they try to say it doesn't work. I will never rent anything or recomend them to anyone.

Worst place I've ever dealt with. I bought a sofa and loveseat. The sofa was broke on one end of it. When you would sit on it you would go down in the corner of it. It took them 7 months to just come and look at it. I paid my payment on time every month. They finally came and got the sofa and said they had fixed it. When I sit down on it I said no it's not been fixed it was worse when they brought it back. Would not give me any money back said I could come in and pick out something else. With a new account I said no come and get it I'm not put no more money in it. But you know God takes care of honest people and I got me a brand new love seat and sofa from my friend I would never buy anything from EZ rentals

I placed an online order in March for a sofa.i was called first thing the next day to let me know that the sofa had to be ordered and would be in in 2 to 3 weeks.i agreed to that. a few weeks later I was told that it would be May before the sofa would be in. I also agreed to that. JUNE Come along, still no information on the sofa. so I ask for a refund as it had been three months and I had already purchased the sofa from somewhere else. it has now been three weeks that I have been asking for a refund and every time I'm asking about it I'm answered with the same crap about the refund has been sent but such and such person has to process it and they haven't done it yet last week I went to the store to inquire about my refund and was told that there is a new store manager who just hasn't got around to it yet and would be first thing this Monday morning it's now Wednesday morning and still no refund I will never refer anybody to this store and I will never try to purchase another item from this store again I'll keep my business elsewhere Edit: they left a vm wednesday 6/22 telling me store owner processed refund on tuesday 6/21. Its now sunday 6/26 & still nothing .

I wanted to pay off an item that i got there. When i asked if i can pay said amt next day theuy told me yes and now the amt has tripled. Not a happy customer. Will go somewhere else from now on for business after i finish what i have there
