They are the absolute best at what they do. Their customer service and product quality is unmatched. I recently had them do some jewelry repairs and also create some custom pieces for my daughter and could not be happier with the end result.
Dempsey’s Jewelers has served upper East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia for over thirty years. This business started in 1976 as a Repair & Fabrication Center for area Jewelry Stores. Wanting to serve the public, Dempsey and his wife opened the retail store in April of 1993. Working on the bench as a Master Goldsmith, Master Stone Setter and Caster of fine jewelry, Dempsey and his family have grown from just two employees to a staff of twelve. Located on Peoples Street in North Johnson City their new location has over 2000 sq./ft and state of the art equipment in both the shop and in the showroom. Unmatched service coupled with a friendly staff, goldsmithing and designing are the elements that truly gleam from this family owned business.
