Visited March 13 and picked out a used RV that would fit my needs did the application for financing and as I was walking out Codie Kegley was putting "Sale pending" on the RV did not try to get me finances till next day and run my credit twice talked to finance department March 14 about income (told weeks before that if you have a 670 credit score your should be approved) and called 4 to 5 times to talk back with financial no answer then March 15 called told me on his day off camper sold and denied credit and Codie told me he was going to shred my personal info as I advised him I feel was very poor salesmanship and poor way to do someone and poor business practice in my opinion would not recommend going to there business unless you have a credit score 800 and a large down payment

Was really shocked to find out that sales people can say one thing during their RV event but when it comes to dealing with them after the event it was just lies. So disheartening that this type of shadyness happens here in Tennesse. Wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with Crowder.Save yourself the headache and shop someplace else. Tried to talk with them and the say they didnt say what they said.They kept the deposit even though they said they wouldnt. Looks like we we will be handling this a few different ways since they won't honor what they said. Definately not a company of excellanxe

Sales people lie, don't return phone calls or texts. Also, only responding by text is not a way to do business when serious stuff needs to be discussed. This is not how you do business and say (copied from their website) we have served with excellence for over 50 years! Set Yourself Free in a Crowder RV.This is not excellence. Their actions put us in anguish. I will tell everyone in all my clubs not to go here. There is another trailer company right down the Rode.

Too much to write. But had our camper for 5 months with lots of reasons. When picking up didn't even show what had been done. Wanted more $$$. Never a staus or calls/updates. Will never go back for parts or repairs l. Will not recommend. Will tell people stay away.

Crowder Rv had the best price for the 5th wheel we wanted to purchase. We were undecided about the model and they had both in stock so we could compare. The salesperson gave us plenty of space to look over the units, we spent at least two hours looking over them and never once felt pressured for a sale. We were traveling so needed to transfer our stuff to the new unit from our trade in. They set us up in the parking lot on site to transfer everything and allowed us to stay for the night. Everyone in the dealership was kind and friendly. The finance department helped with any questions.We have great service as well. There was a converter problem(warranty work), troubleshooting was done by a technician over the phone (we live 6 hour away), part was ordered and the repair was arranged so my husband could spent the night on site have it fixed fixed the next day and travel home. No leaving it for weeks like others have remarked. They have followed up on any phone calls and worked with us.

Wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE!!! We thought that because they were so kind to take our Camper and work on it even though we didn't buy it from them, it was great.... WRONG!!! We knew we had a leak from a gray tank because the underbelly was drooping... well, this was allowing bugs to come in (that we are still battling to get rid of!). Well, they informed us no leak... hmm, my husband found it within minutes of being under Camper. They sent us home with Camper and stated we ordered the blind and outlets. We will let you know when it comes in, and yall can install... okay. Well, I never got a call. Well, fast forward, and we bring our camper back to them bc they are the closest to us, and if the gray tank or underbelly comes off in transit... we are to blame... and we didn't want to pay out of pocket for all that! Well, they are supposed to fix all that and the blind, peeling wallpaper, pen size hole in shower, two outlets, and trimming lifting in two areas in our bedroom.... well the gray tank was replaced, underbelly is still wonky looking, blind wasn't replaced, wallpaper was smeared with putty and not even sanded down, one outlet replaced, pen size hole has so much caulk that wasn't smooth, the bedroom trimming wasn't fixed even though paperwork says it was. Not to mention, they didn't pull our Camper into the bay until I said we would pay out of pocket for what warranty won't cover and this was a week after it sitting there on the hill! We ended up paying over $1000 for horrible work... get our Camper back to our campsite... just to realize they took our power cord and surge protector out of our camper and kept it, and they seriously wanted us to drive back and get it! Again, I seriously wouldn't recommend this place for the smallest task... Kayla, the "lead service advisor," likes to throw in your face that warranty shorts them and likes to argue and fight about EVERYTHING... Only pleasant people in this place are the people that greet you... and maybe DJ. He would probably flourish with her negative energy in the room!

Horrible place. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from this place. Making fun of potential customers as customers are standing in the lobby, that's not good business. I dropped a heater off, and they never called to let me know what was going on. 7 days later, I had to call them. The heater was fine. It just needed to be picked up. - 5 stars

Very disappointed with the way we were treated here. We have bought 2 campers here in the past several years and as a previous loyal customer we expected much more. We needed to trade our camper for a bigger camper. We were aware that we were upside down in what we owe but did not mind rolling over the negative equity because we desperately needed a bigger camper. We picked out the camper we needed and the salesman said he would call us the following day to let us know the trade in value and write it up for financing. He never called. We came in and he showed us the paper and said he hated to tell us the bad news but with the negative equity there was no way any bank would finance it. We felt profiled. He never even gave it to a finance person to even check. He just assumed we could not purchase the camper. We were already approved with our bank for the amount we needed. We didn't even tell him. He apparently didn't want to sale anything. We sold our home and needed the camper to live in until our new home is built. We HAD the money to cover the negative and we already had approval from bank for the rest. We just walked out and went to A@L camper up the street and bought a camper. NEVER assume someone doesn't have the means to buy!

We came into Bristol for the race on Saturday, parked the trailer and went to Nashville for a few days got back today (Wednesday) and the toilet flush handle broke on our trailer. I called around a couple places and couldn’t get my hands on one, I called these fine people at Crowder, they were more than happy to help me find the right one and even stayed open a little later so I could come pick it up. They were super helpful and happy to help! The right part worked and we’re back in business. I mean nothing to these people, they show me I did, staying open, verifying the right parts, amazing business practice!!!!

Make sure you know the pricing on any accessory you are interested in. They had close to a $300 markup on an RV Surge Guard 34951. When I asked about it, I was told they could not compete with internet pricing. Justin is sharp, knowledgeable and friendly...would love to do business with Crowder, but a $300 markup is priced to keep!
