Ever had are have a person at store tell u hold on am with a customer and the customer did know what he are her want in a a portable speaker so I ask if I can pay my bill why they made up there mind ... I was told to hold on just a minute done been there for 15 mins waiting patiently I have my wife and kids in the van waiting on me time is not a thing you hold on to when you are kind of in the mood to get things done you get them done so I left going out the door I said I'll hold on to a minute you can have all afternoon to help them I went to the other store in Johnson City was. Done better there was in and out there under 5 minutes. ?????

These guys are nothing short of awesome they knew everything there is to know about the business about every detail of every phone that I pointed out to them and then accurately and extensively went over the details of how the service works for the phone and what I would be obligated to which basically is only to make my payment every month everything else is done for you they're extremely knowledgeable, patient and very helpful even afterwards when I had questions about how my phone worked these guys are nothing short of professional.

Store associate was so rude. Blamed me because he didn’t know what he was doing. He also made remarks about other customers he had that day. If you don’t like your job, and can’t come up with solutions… It’s probably time to quit and move on!

I've been A customer with Cricket wireless for 4 years or maybe more than that... I've never been disappointed with the customer service in the local store or from the online services through cricket wireless... I would recommend this phone carrier to anyone who is looking for a good mobile service and provider..

The 1 by the college is ok but the store on n. Roan has a couple real losers especially the lian manager. I bought a defective speaker from them and he said that he would trade it out and two 20 mile trips later he changed his mind. He should have never lied. Just because a cheap sticker had fallen off. They should have bought them in the USA.
