CPR could not repair my 4-year old phone. They tried many things but the conclusion was that it was likely the motherboard. I appreciate their effort and good communication. Should I need cell phone service in the future, I will definitely use CPR again.

I needed a replacement screen protector, and had to work in another town out of state. I found a CPR store. Walked in, out with replacement in just a few minutes. If you need help with your phone, find these people they take care of you. Thanks

Ok so this is spectrums ins.co.ASSURANT ..if the customer service had not been good it's hard to tell what I'd done Judah went out of his way to try and help me but they are not a good ins.place.even tho
I pay for insurance and these phones were stupid expensive they have to do an investigation that takes 1-3 days.i should of got a phone 24hrs after filing the claim that's wat all the other phone places do.. I went to the store hoping they cud fix it 29 bucks to do that well it cud not be fixed so now it's 108.00 and an investigation and 3 days with no phone it sux when everything is in ur phone appts.for customers plus my kids..and spectrum can't tell me nothing all he cud say that's Assurants policy but they are contracted through spectrum like I said Judah was great but their policy sucks As much as these stupid phones are these days u should not have to have an investigation SMH..... Very disappointed I was with straight talk for 15 yrs but I had no ins.i thought this was gonna be better they fooled me ???

I called on a Wednesday to get a quote for fixing my back glass on my phone before I made the hour drive over to the store. I get to the store and they tell me it’s going to be almost $200 more than they quoted me on the phone. Nothing was done except an apology. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and helpful at fixing the back of my iPhone with an Apple brand replacement part. Once the part came in my phone was repaired quickly. I would highly recommend CPR.

I had an issue with my laptop keyboard, and called CPR. Ben and the rest of the team went above and beyond in terms of customer service and effort expended. They recommended a repair and when that didn't pan out as expected, they immediately shifted gears to another fix that worked. The amount of time spent researching to solve my problem before they even knew they had a sale is the pinnacle of what it means to care about a customer. I am absolutely bringing any piece of tech with a problem here in the future.

Great customer service!! This can sometimes be a rare thing with IT shops but they resolved my issues in minutes and I could not have had a better experience. If If I could give them more stars I would, that’s how pleased I was with the help they provided!
