“Love this place! Love the drive thru, love the selection of vapes and carts, love the prices, love the staff. There is a tobacco store a lot closer to my house, but I have to go inside, there is always a long line, and the vape selection is very limited. I'd much rather drive the extra mile or so to visit in out!”

“I have never had a complaint going to this store. I visit it twice a week or more. So that's unheard of. Actually just once but I found out that the girl working that day had come from another store to fill in so I'm not holding against this store. Always super friendly and helpful.”
“The pharmacy here is the best I’ve ever been to. I used to go to cvs just up the road and they can’t compare to this Walgreens. CVS would always take 3-4 hours to fill 1 prescription. The first time I went to this Walgreens I gave them the prescription and they said it’ll be 15 mins. I was sold right then and there. Plus they’re open 24-hours and everyone is always friendly and courteous, for example I just got a call from them asking how I was doing with the medication and to call if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them”

“Very busy, it’s right in the middle the intersection of N Roan St. and 11E-Bristol Hwy. Big store with lots of fuel pumps. The gas is usually higher here, but the location is a big part of that. Overall decent store, and I’ve had good customer service so far..”

“Right off I26 exit and hwy67 to Elizabethton, has a dunking ? and a laundromat and drive through car wash. Parking lot can be kinda busy if your in a big truck with trailer or rv but you can still get in and out easy and back onto the road”

“Nearest gas station to our area, came in handy when we needed more gas and had to walk there - it has ATM that was no fee for the bank I use but it was out of order at the time I went. Enough items for a typical gas station convenience store.”
“5 stars because every visit to this Walgreens has been wonderful. Ashley and Nick in pharmacy are amazing. Pharmacists also. Extremely nice and helpful staff, front and pharmacy included. The pharmacy is clearly overwhelmed with work and they still do everything they can to help. It’s clear that some of these reviews for the pharmacy are bogus, and left by people who are mad over things that are absolutely out of Walgreens employees control. It’s important to understand that doctor's offices, insurances, and manufacturers of medications have a huge role in your prescription pickup. 10 fold over the pharmacy tech who filled it. Medication is on back order now more than ever, and doctors offices don’t reply to pharmacy inquiries. Be patient, and understanding, and don’t get mad at the people trying to help you just because you’re upset. Also, the one star reviews stating they got a text that an RX is ready, drove there , and it wasn’t.. the text most likely said “RX available for refill, please reply”. people don't read thoroughly anymore. I use the text service and Walgreens app, and if you actually pay attention and read things all the way, it works great.”
