I would not recommend trying to buy a vehicle here. Twice now, the salespeople have been a disappointment. First was my experience: the salesman acted totally uninterested and was unwilling to consider a price adjustment whatsoever, despite the fact that I showed much lower prices from another dealer down the road for comparable cars. I walked off the lot and never heard from him again. Then, I bought the vehicle I was looking for from the dealer down the road at a much better price.
Second disappointment involved my brother. He was interested in a used car that had been on Champion’s lot for almost half a year. He was working with them on a trade in, payment logistics, etc., and even had scheduled a test drive. As a side note, the Chevy salesman could not easily tell him about the car’s warranty coverage - something that I helped my brother verify in seconds with a VIN check on Chevy’s website. Anyway, a few hours before the test drive, he was told that someone else was purchasing the car. He was given no warning of this nor any opportunity to put a deposit down as a serious buyer to hold the car for him until after the test drive.
Overall, it just doesn’t seem like the sales team here can provide a helpful experience.

I bought a truck from Champion. David was amazing and getting me the price I needed to seal the deal. My truck was detailed and waiting for me when I arrived. Never felt any pressure to buy the truck. David let me take the truck out by myself and take my time looking over it. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great place o buy. Ask for David he was awesome to work with.

I went to freedom Chevrolet and I ordered a pickup truck a month ago they told me it was going to take 4 months after going there yesterday they haven't even started my truck so I called champion Chevrolet spoke with David the salesman he had the same truck I was looking for and the truck I ordered didn't have the vented seats or the sunroof but the one at champion it had leather seats vented seats everything plus a sunroof and I paid the same price for that truck as I did for the one that I ordered which didn't have the vented seats and all the extras David wasn't pushy put the truck aside for me until I got there because the trucks are leaving there lot because they're nice trucks I got a Chevy Colorado Z71 and I went and made the deal and then they sent me to finance and I spoke with Jonathan again he wasn't pushy didn't try to sell me something I didn't want I got the truck that I wantt better than what I wanted just the whole experience was very pleasant so if you need a new truck or a used car or used truck go to champion ask for David they did a great job I spoke to the new car manager he was pleasant as well if you want a great deal and a great car or truck new or used go to champion you're going to save money and have a great experience

I had done my research and test drove multiple trucks. My heart kept coming back to the Chevorlet silverado 1500 zr2 bison. I had checked a few locations before coming to JC Chevy. Dustin was my sales person and he's so friendly, kind, and caring. Just went above and beyond. The owner as well was super friendly and kind. I needed steps for my truck and I was allowed to look at his since that's the ones I needed. The trade and everything went smoothly. Kpt didn't even want to try to make a deal. Bristol was awful! Johnson city chevy will get all my business going forward. So if you need a great car with great service see them and ask for Dustin!
