Trash service. It took two months to make sure the internet through them was disconnected as well as they enrolled my grandmother in paperless billing when she didn’t ask for that and they never asked if she wanted that! They’re on thin ice with us. One more nonsense issue and I’m switching our phone to spectrum!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Been waiting 2 weeks for a tech to come to a simple outside repair on their part, spent hours on the phone just to even request a tech to be sent out. Was transferred around to 5 or 6 people and all of them acted like they had no idea what they were doing or what I was talking about. Finally get an appt for a tech. They show up and decided they needed to reschedule due to snow being on the ground and was supp to return the following day. They never showed up the next day. Spent few more hours AGAIN on the phone just so they could tell me they had to reschedule and the closest available date was another week from then.. I have paid for my first month of service going on 3 weeks ago and still have no internet. This place is so ridiculous it blows my mind how bad the service is. If it wasnt already paid for I would not go thru with getting it

Do not get in bed with these crooks! Don’t call them, don’t give them your phone number your address or your name. They will leave you with an unexplainable bill regardless of whether you ever had service from them and you won’t be able to refute it. I never write posts or reviews but whatever you do do not call them. Xfinity offers a lot more for the same price.

We where guaranteed 3mbs upload speed for $50 a month. We are not getting anywhere close to that. I am not even able to complete college classes. When calling tech support I kid you not this person began laughing at me then stated he was happy because today was his birthday but then changed his story that his birthday was yesterday. Worst customer service. Worst person to ever speak on the phone with. Messenger pigeon would be a better service.

Tried for 4 days now to get a service call scheduled. Spent 3 hrs on phone going through prompts and being transferred in one big circle. Given two bogus ticket numbers and promises of techs showing up. Waited twice for their techs, no show. Was told everything goes through the Phillipines, NO representation in the US!! That can't be possible but they wouldn't give me any information. Very dissapointed.

I would not even give them 1 star but I can't give zero. My parents have phone and internet only when it is working which is about 50% of the time. Can not get anyone to do anything about it. Horrible service and horrible company. Will take this to the better business burrau Again now weeks later. Century link may be the worst business I have ever seen. Their service is horrible and their customer service is worse. My mother and father have had service with them for over 40 years and they have had issues with phone and internet for over a year. Technicians are sent and to no avail. Over and over. If I can talk them into leaving century link for good I will. Please no one sign up with them your life will be better off

I don't recommend anyone to get Century Link After being a customer of theirs for years the company has went downhill and I don't believe it will ever be good. Dealing 3 years with an issue of no internet and no phone line when it rains they still have not fixed the problem. Then we inquired about dropping them and getting Comcast, so they came out. We are 230 feet from the road and they want over 3000 dollars for the install. Comcast is a highway robbery. It is sad when business in service for the public will take advantage of people. So I will never recommend Century Link and or Comcast.

Say they connect service but I told them I have no idea if it's working and they continue billing. Called to have service shut off was told system was down to call back later. Now paying for service that doesn't even work as far as I can tell. Completely unprofessional company stay away from these thieves.
