Trash service. It took two months to make sure the internet through them was disconnected as well as they enrolled my grandmother in paperless billing when she didn’t ask for that and they never asked if she wanted that! They’re on thin ice with us. One more nonsense issue and I’m switching our phone to spectrum!

Didnt give me advise on how to install my modem without a phone Jack when I've had internet before and now I'm suppose to have a phone Jack
