Had to find something to wear for my mom's funeral service, the lady was very helpful I found a nice sweater and I got a pair of shoes which I will never wear again I had them on for about an hour and my feet were so sore so I wore a pair of socks the rest of the evening

I'm enjoy shopping at your store and My children have also known the different styles you get from different places. Different stores carry different things in the size of petite for those of us that are short myself. No customers/rich El representative should remind you after you walk in their doors. They close in 5 minutes. I know we all have a job but I also know in our jobs. We are to create a win-win for the customer and then the client as!!!!!!Does that resonate with anyone else? That's been kicked out of a store as a reminder of someone that wants to go home. We all want to go home? Our. Jobs? When. We work but also to other stores......consumer I those that come and buy from you often and you run off the wrong move.!!!!!!Today wrong people the represent Cato Kingsport TN. I guess they were done when I had the money that I wanted to spend.Period today always remembered

I was super impressed with all of their pricing and their great deals. I haven't went here since I was a little kid. They had a lot of different things. Their clothes were a little expensive but they had some very good accessories on sale and shoes on sale. I recommend knowing your clothes prices a little bit more. Thank you for a great service

Very friendly and helpful sales associates! I had a great time there and found some fun clothing and jewelry with help from Sierra and Daisy. Another piece was ordered in my size. They will call me when it arrives at their store.Their merchandise is a nice quality and very affordable.

Oh my gosh! I have lost a lot of weight and couldn't find anything to wear anywhere. But I always find lots of things to wear at Cato. Before and after weight loss. Just simple, classic clothes. I love this store! Elizabethton store has better salespeople that will go get other sizes for you. But the clothes are the same.
