Had a misfire going on and was definately unsettled not knowing why. I had been given prices and repair times that were just as unsettling. I read Carrols Google Reviews and was impressed on the small business feel and appreciation. It didn't disappoint I was in and out in an hr , they had a clean lounge bathroom and had coffee ! And it was a hundred less that freed up my grocery budget. HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE

I'm so happy I found this hidden Gem ?
If you are looking for an honest and very reasonably priced auto shop- this is the place for you!!!
I was having issues with my car and received a diagnosis from a Walmart technician who referred me out.
Being new in the area, I decided to call around and get some referrals before having any work done.
When I called Carroll’s, Gary (I believe that's his name ?) was very polite and listened to my issues without rushing me or dismissing me, and he was able to get me in within a few days.
Once there, Gary and his brother Jeff, who is the owner and also the one who worked on my car, assured me they would check all of my concerns over.
Jeff brought me out to show me what needed to be repaired and explained why the repair was necessary. I felt he was very honest with me and did not try to sell me extras or fix anything unneeded.
This means a lot being a single female and knowing little about cars (we all know how some shops will take advantage of this).
I felt 100% comfortable and confident having Jeff and his team working on my car!!!
Although I was only there for a consultation, they offered to do the work right then because my tire was unsafe to drive on.
To top it off- they charged considerably less than the two other shops I had initially called for an estimate.
Thank you, Jeff, Gary, and all the staff at Carroll’s, for providing a superb experience during my visit!!!

I have used their services twice, and both times they had fair prices, good work, and were able to work me in faster than other places. I plan to use them whenever I need something in the future.

Really Affordable no joke. Did a knock out job fixing it. Went for a tune up ended up driving like a dream. The high google rating is the reason i came by. Great business

This morning I had taken my '01 Monte Carlo SS in to have brakes and rotors F/R replaced .I arrived at 7:30 am ,and at 9:30 they were done .I couldn't ask for better service.They did great ! .I will definitely be doing business with those guys in the future. I highly recommend using them for whatever you need done on your vehicle.

Jeff has been has been working on mine and my families cars for well over a decade. Carroll’s entire crew is top notch, honest and reliable. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

We have used Carroll's for many years. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices. Very good at finding problems when others can't. Will defiantly use for any repairs needed. Would recommend using this shop to anyone.

Shop A quoted me $950 for a radiator fan assembly replacement
Shop B and C quoted me $400-500
Carrolls did it next day for $160.
Didn't try to upsell, just did the right job for the right price.
