“Had an appointment. 3-way call with THEM, my insurance & myself--CLEARLY said i had NO DEDUCTIBLE! So appt set!! Wasn't that the whole purpose in the call? got there a little early & they took in...YAY! When work was complete, the attendant ask for $100 deductible! My hubs explained not due...still had to sit by while they called insurance to check! What????WHY????...ridiculous lack of communication!”
“Gerald, the store manager, was very friendly. The chip in my windshield was repaired to my complete satisfaction. I called the day before and asked if I could bring my dog to the appointment as I had a vet appointment afterward. Gerald said absolutely, "we love animals, bring him with." I waited for 30 minutes for repair, and Levi met every tech at the shop. Would not hesitate to go back here for any needs. Thank you for being welcoming!!!!!”

At the beginning of the first week, they were informing me about my vehicle and how the repair was going but they deviated in the middle of week two and week three. I had to keep calling them but overall, I am satisfied with my vehicle repair.”
