I have purchased two vehicles in the past 4 months from Buchanan’s. Brian and Radar are two of the most honest guys I have dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. They are fair on pricing and have their own shop to save on repairs. Great experience with these guys. They have a constant rotating inventory and always have nice rides in stock. Had the best car buying experience with Raider. Went to Johnson City thurs to test drive the 2014 ford expedition limited & a Lexus gx460. Decided the expedition was a better fit for me. I told him I’d be back Friday for it. Put $100 down for them to hold it, and arrived Friday to do the deal. I had noticed a couple small things that needed fixing by the mechanic, and all were taken care of by Friday. Raider was awesome to work with & I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Buchanans auto sales for anyone looking for a nice, clean pre-owned vehicle.

Don’t do it! Beware! I bought a car there a few months back. Every week to two weeks it’s been in the shop. I let them know by the third week when the third time it had to be fixed and was quickly told it was sold as is… bad bad bad! Steer clear! I see they are now even denying selling a car to my husband Kevin and I. I would not have expected any less.

Purchased a 2015 Lexus for my daughter’s first car. There is a reason they have been in business for almost 50 years! Could not have had a better experience. Way better than dealing with a large” brand” dealership. Ask for Raider. He was great.

Bought my Subaru Tribeca today. Such an easy transaction! Raider was super professional, and kind. easy to talk to and make a deal with. I would definitely recommend checking them out.... especially if you love Subarus... They have a great selection of them at really reasonable prices!

My girlfriend was interested in a silver Audi TT convertible
We pulled over while test driving it and popped the hood because it was making a popping sound
we checked the oil and it smelled like straight gasoline
I would not only recommend avoiding buying a car here but it might be super dangerous to even test drive one

Purchased a vehicle from here and was told a few days later after having it serviced that it had a Blown Head Gasket. Owner told me there wasn’t much he could do. He was selling it for a buddy. Which I wasn’t aware. And that he didn’t know much about the vehicle being sold. Make sure you have a mechanic with you when buying from here. Bad business practice in my opinion!

I went looking for an affordable car. I am a single mom and needed a reliable vehicle. They sold me a vehicle and after driving 30 miles after purchse 2 warning lights came on. There is an antifreeze leak after they assured me it had been checked by their mechanic and there was no leaks. I had to put almost a full gallon of antifreeze into this vehicle the day after purchasing it. The salesman was Jim, very dishonest became rude when I want back the next day and asked about the warning lights. He said bring it back and our mechanic will fix it. Now they say "that was never said, you bought it as is". Left a very bad taste in dealing with this dealerships.

I am 17 years old and recently bought a 2016 volkswagen tiguan from brian that seemed to be in good condition, within a week it had multiple issues. It has since been in
the shop non stop with oil leaks and a multitude of problems. I have lost over $4000 trying to fix this lemon! When i tried to get in touch with brian i was ignored, he never returned my calls so my parents went there in person, he told them he would not touch or buy a problem car, he was extremely rude and unprofessional I cannot strees enough how horrible this experience was. Do not buy from these crooks.
