BP is a gas station that is clean and lets customers get in and out fast. The staff is great and friendly, and they keep lost wallets safe until customers return. Some customers have had trouble with FasRewards cards at the university parkway/walnut location; cards that were once valid no longer work and staff are not able to fix the issue. Management on day shift can be hateful and disrespectful to customers. The station offers snacks, fresh made cold coffee, and a machine that mixes a smoothie or milkshake right in front of you. Many people say the staff is helpful and will keep coming for gas, and the manager searched for lost items even on facebook. Overall, BP is a convenient spot but some service problems remain.
The store was clean and I got in and out fast. The only issue I have is with the management on day shift who always are hateful and disrespectful to the customers.
