This store is a joke. Everytime I go here there is a problem. No one know what they are talking about, their system is always down, and they are always over charging me for something. My kids phone stopped working, but I told him we would just upgrade. I called around and was quoted, for this specific phone, 79 dollars. However when we got there the guy rushed us and had already added on a case and put on a screen protector we didn’t even ask for. The total went up to 199 dollars! How ridiculous. I will be calling around until something is done. This is absolutely unacceptable.

N Roan St. Store in Johnson City doesnt open at 10am like it says. Waited till 10:15am .Black Nissan out front but nobody visible!

10/10 Don't recommend!!I recently switched and Boost's reception is horrible, the employees lie to make commission sales, and they tack on tons of fees when purchasing. An expected $150 instantly became $400! Not to mention the customer service. If you get lucky and the sales rep working isn't high, they probably still have no idea what they're trying to sell you!! I should have stayed with MetroPCS!!!

Been a boost customer for 5 yrs after stopping in local store today to purchase a new phone as my old phone has started not holding a charge when i arrived at the store i was in a great mood walked in and was meet with the most hateful rude customer service i have ever had this young lady hates life and everything in it so after being rudely treated i just simply told the young lady thanks for helping me make a decision ive been thinking about for a long time which was switching to Verizon after todays visit im happy to say this will be my last and final day as a boost customer thqnks boost for helping me make the switch to much better service provider

Didn't even try to trouble shoot any issues that I had. Gave me 2 options. Either file an insurance claim or call Samsung. What kind of help is this from a so called customer service two

The Store personal was nice but the free phone that kept calling and messaging me to get before April due to 5 G network is a brand I would never buy it's is a $50 Phone and I had to stop using my Samsung I paid them $200 for because it's not compatible. My new phone they gave me stopped turning on 5 wks later during a time I needed due to was trying to get surgery set up doctor s called so much they where going to cancel me the day I got phone repaired going to change carriers as soon as I can
