We were treated with kindness throughout the entire experience. The staff stayed late with no hesitation to help our son on his first vehicle purchase. They were receptive to offers and made the process easy. I highly recommend them. Lucas and Ashton were extremely helpful. Thank you!!

I figured buying a car with no requests for a cut in price, paying in full would get me an awesome detail job and most used less than a year old car, would automatically come with xm, the other car lots offered it. So I assumed, I was wrong. Said they would fix the bumper where they backed it into something but only fixed the scratch, we'll have to talk to who told you that. So, I suppose I lied? Is how I was made to feel. He still hasn't reached out to fix it in the first place, I had to call after waiting a month. No pride in customer service or doing the right thing. I was told, this is what the world has come to. It's a shame.

Bought my 2014 Chevrolet Equinox here at the end of June. I’ve owned the car right at 6 months and out of that 6 months have got to drive it less than 2! I took it back to them the first time just a little over 3 weeks of buying it. The car flashes service stabilitrac, service power steering then goes into limp mode among other things. They tried to fix it, charged me and I had it back less than a week later. They then sent it to Chapparal, they “fixed” it had it back 2 days and it did the same thing again. I finally had it towed to Champion they couldn’t figure it out either just said it was electrical. So I’m stuck paying $14,000 for a lawn ornament. They refused to take the car back they got my running, low mileage car in exchange and I’m basically stuck with nothing. I would not buy a bicycle from these people, worst business and customer service I have ever experienced! People beware!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. We bought a 2016 audi q5 and we were told this car had 1 owner and was well taken care of.WRONG, the cars oil light keeps popping up weve bought 6 quarts of oil so far for this car and haven’t even had it a month yet and weve taken it in 4 times and they just put more oil and send us on our way instead of actually fixing the problem which they said they would fix after the 3rd time of coming in and still won’t. The guy who sold us the car said we could swap it out but tried getting us to trade it in for a brand new 2024 mazda and make us pay $55,000 for a $35,000 car and they ran my boyfriends credit report again without his approval when it was already ran 2 weeks prior.

The primary reason(s) we selected our 2024 Acura MDX Advance Package (on October 26, 2023) is/are due to the impressive fit and finish of the exterior as well as the interior and the use of quality materials throughout and an amazing ride quality but what sealed the deal for us was the courteous, knowledgeable, and professional staff (our salesman Colton Fleenor, his sales manager Ethan Jenkins, and our Finance Manager Elijah Taylor).I really can’t say enough about how easy it was to do business with these three gentlemen at Johnson City Acura. Colton is by far one of the best salesmen I’ve dealt with in over 30 years of buying new vehicles (having bought about 20 vehicles). He’s knowledgeable, personable, professional, and a pleasure to interact with.Give this dealership a chance and see if they don’t impress you with their willingness to work a fair deal without the pressure that many other dealerships exert on potential customers.Great team, great dealership, and great vehicle purchased, I can’t ask for much more than that.

The service department here is always great! However, I have experienced extremely poor customer service from the sales team. I purchased a new vehicle from them earlier in the year. After some maintenance, I went to pick up my keys after the service department was closed. I was given no notice that I needed to be there before 6 to pick up my keys. The guys did not want to give me my keys, stating security concerns. After the security spiel, they finally returned my keys but never checked my ID or anything. I felt like they just did not want to help me. Then, I had a quick question about my vehicle and the men told me to come back tomorrow or read the 700+ page manual. How helpful! The fix was incredibly simple, and I found it after calling the Acura Service #. After figuring out the fix on my own with no pretense of help from the guys inside, I looked inside & they were just tossing a football around. It was such a simple fix that I am floored someone who sells these vehicles for a living could not help me with it. I'm glad they had a fun evening at work while ignoring their customers. I called them today to explain what happened before I wrote this review, and again was met with a flippant attitude. I love my Acura, but would recommend a different dealership purely due to their incredibly lack luster customer service.

I just purchased my first Acura! I worked with Colton, this guy was great! Answered all my questions, and was very patient with me. Then he got me with his Sales Manager Ethan. Ethan was a great guy that made sure I got a great deal! After all this I go into the office we all hate!!! F&I…. I was wrong, here I met Elijah, who explained a lot of great products, he was not pushy at all but did explain the products that would benefit me and save me money in the long run. All together this whole team has it going on! If you are looking for a new or preowned car, give these guys a shot, you won’t go wrong! Colton, Ethan, and Elijah made a long time customer! Thanks guys for everything, keep up the great work!

Be careful if buying a new car. MSRP isn't bad but then the add-on fees...oh boy the add-on fees. Of course they don't disclose this until you are ready to pay. Package this or that for "nitrogen in tires" and other useless crap that cost the dealer a few bucks. For you, they go for thousands added on to the cost of the car. Beware! Just to to another dealer, the Acura dealer in Asheville is very fair and limits the "add-on" fee rip-off gambit. You will pay less.

Best new car buying experience I've ever had. We were in a hurry and had a several hour drive and needed to be on time. The team at Johnson City Acura were very accommodating and we had no problems at all. Also, it didn't hurt that they were the most competitively priced dealer on the car I purchased compared to all other dealers I spoke with throughout the country while shopping around. If I ever need to buy a new Acura again, I'm coming here!

I traded a vehicle on a 2017 Acura MDX July 17th. After putting 1000+ miles it had some issues that needed addressed. After talking with the sales manager, Jacob, took care of those issues along with the service manager. Thank you Jacob and team for making this a positive experience of car trading, which in itself can be stressful.

I recently purchased a brand new Acura from this store and could not have asked for a better experience. The GM, Russell, goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The managers, Ethan, Cory, Jacob, and Elijah are just as great as the GM. The managers are great at what they do and keep you in the loop through the whole process and do not hide anything about it. Everyone takes such good care of you and treats you like they truly care. I could not recommend the store and the guys more!

I would not recommend getting a car from them at all. I paid 3,000 down for a 2018 Ford Fiesta and I had to replace the wheel hub within two days. The warranty that I pay extra for does not exist! I have called them repeatedly and nobody has responded to my calls. I have children that could have been injured or even killed from the wheel hub being so loose. I could literally move my tire side to side. They did not give me the original key they gave me the key to where I can’t turn up music or do anything because the my key is activated, the air conditioning stopped working 2 weeks after I got it and still no response or replacement. I’m so disappointed that they would take advantage in someone that is trying to get on my feet after an abusive divorce knowing I have 4 kids to raise on my own. But as long as they make their money at the end of the day who are we to them. Nobody!!!! I sent them recipes where I paid 350.00 to get the car fixed 2 days after I got it they said they would take care of it and it’s been months and haven’t heard anything from them.

Took for oil change and my window quit working but they still charged me 280 to tell me something I already knew on top of that wanted to charge 530 to replace a 75 dollar part and had no courtesy vehicles to lend me til mine was fixed. They don’t care they just want money

The staff were extremely helpful and understanding. They helped my mom find a car that fit her perfectly with her disabilities. Big names that helped were Elijah Taylor, Chris Saletto, and Jacob, but everyone was really nice. Helped a lot with monthly payments. Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a used car or a new Acura
