Advertised curbside pickup is non existent. A. No phone number outside to call that I arrived. B. I had to enter the store which I was trying to avoid. C. The first cashier told me to wait in the rather long regular checkout line just to check in. A second cashier showed up and was nice enough to take care of me right away. D. No one was available to put the order in my car. I had to do it myself which I was also trying to avoid because of my back that I'm in physical therapy for. E. They substituted an item without asking. This isn't my definition of curbside pickup.

Live this store lots of items to choose from and always has some kind of sales going on. Very good customer service and helpful. The store when I went was very well kept, and I found what I needed with ease.

I love big lots! This was my first time at this store in Johnson city Tennessee, they have a lot of furniture, nice furniture!
