If I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible customer service. I requested help with finding a computer keyboard to fit my needs. The guy said okay I will get someone to help you. Went in the back and about 20 minutes later still no one showed up to help me so I just left. Not to mention that the employee acted like it was a huge ordeal to find help for me. I will not be back. I used to love going here but it's obvious customer service along with the rest of the company has gone downhill.

Bought two screen protectors about a year ago and told my wife to remind me to put the receipt in a safe place. The cashier said just give me your phone number and we will keep it on file for you. Fast forward one year, my screen protector cracked and they can't find my receipt on file. The girl behind the counter said they had no number on file for me. My life time warranty is no good and they won't do anything about it.NEVER Shop at best buy!

I highly recommend the headphone warrantee. They will replace them if broken.

Daniel was very helpful in my decision making when buying my new 65" tv. Best Buy is lucky to have him as an employee. He gave me the info and the confidence to make my pick of tv's. The store I visited is in Johnson City, Tn.

Came to pick up an item from the geek squad after it being prepared. After being politely told to go to geek squad for my pick up from the man at the front, I sat in the line waiting for over 15 minutes without anyone even saying “hello” “someone will be with you soon” or even asking what I needed. I had to walk up to someone and ask for help before being acknowledged. Terrible customer service!

The salesman sold me an item that I later found out wouldn't work for my application. Had he been more knowledgeable about the products, I wouldn't have to drive over 1 hour each way to return it.
Plus, their return policy is a joke.
Best Buy has lost me as a customer.
