Too late now because they will close it's doors at the end of October, by the time you go there .
After the end of October you will realize that it's now closed permanently and abandoned, I had a great experience going there for 5 years now, they used to have TV's in stock I even went to take a look at what is going on I see the banner sign that says "Store Closing!"
And "Going Out Of Business!"

my experience was great. Jamie was so sweet and so helpful she knew when to walk away and give me a moment to shop and she was right there when I had questions. she showed me several options and where I could save money. all the staff went above and beyond. My only complaint is delivery they seem to be covered up. I have to wait until February 17, to use my new bed. Johnson City TN. , store needs help in that area. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars all day.

After ordering a number of pieces here, I have been quite pleased. They always seem to have things on hand nearby for delivery within a week or so unlike some other area store which have left me waiting for months. The build quality seems on par with others, pricing is affordable and the delivery service has been outstanding in my experience.

I don't know where to start, this furniture is absolutely the worst I've ever bought. Stitchings coming out screws missing and the foam cushions last about 6 months. Do not buy the extended warranty! They will do nothing, Absolute junk! Go anywhere but Badcock furniture!!!! You're Welcome.

I bought an Asus laptop computer and it's been freezing up and you have to wait for to unfreeze. I took the laptop back to the store and they did nothing to fix it. I called the home office and they just gave me the run around and did nothing. I bought an one year extra warranty with the laptop which is just 3 months old. Knowing I have the extended warranty the store and company does nothing to stand behind what they sell.Michael Netherton
