Went to two different physicians before.... Was misdiagnosed and given medication that made things far worse. Got a call from a friend after feeling bad for two weeks. He recommended Dr. Akoury. I'm glad I decided to go. Extremely knowledgeable listened to my symptoms and got the root cause of my ailment. Plus she genuinely seema to want to improve people's well-being. Highly recommended.

The FTC is suing the Dr. Akoury for making a wide range of false and unsupported claims for addiction treatment services, cancer treatment services and the treatment of other serious conditions. Her office was in Myrtle Beach and she has now moved it here BEWARE!

I’m afraid I did not have a good experience. I felt pretty scammed after I left. I went for the consultation after being asked to pay a $100 deposit for the appointment (which I have never heard of before but I can respect that). On the phone, Dr. Akoury herself told me the consultation would be $250 and that was confirmed by the receptionist who was listening in on the call once I placed the appointment. We decided not to move forward with treatment because I wanted to do more research and to be honest, the cost of everything sounded outrageous to me, so I paid for the consult and left. After I checked my account I realized they had charged me the deposit and not taken that off the consultation amount. I called to rectify this and got told that it was not a deposit as I had been told at the time, but a fee to book the appointment!!?!? “Maybe it wasn’t communicated correctly” I was told. No, it was flat out lied about. Very disappointed and I hope others have a better experience.

AwareMed is wonderful! It's like heaven on earth, in any of the dozens of spaces they have for you to receive treatments. I received back my ozonated blood, got chelation treatments, enjoyed their amazing multi-media beds with lights, aromas, massage, and all sorts of things all at once. Never had an experience like this elsewhere. The highest remarks for this wonder slice of healing heaven.

I met Dr. Dalal Akoury through a media event in Acapulco. When I got to the event I had just developed a stye in my eye which turned out to be a very serious viral infection in that eye. Dr. Akoury is very friendly and outgoing and professional and really knows what she is doing. My wife and I both are taken to her warm and inviting personality. I was very fortunate to be able to receive some therapies for my eye that completely got rid of the infection. As an holistic healthcare provider myself, I am quite familiar with many of the herbs and nutrients used in the healing process by different types of holistic doctors. I was surprised at what a great choice Dr. Akoury had made in the concoction that she had put in my eye. I am very impressed and would like to be able to offer such an effective therapy to my own patients. I was convinced that my eye was going to continue to get worse, but Dr. Akoury saved the day with the naturopathic therapies that she provided to my right eye. Everything went well. My eye healed and I had an excellent experience at the event. Thank you very much Dr. Akoury for all that you do. I would have been in deep trouble without your healing skills and abilities. Plus, I learned a great deal from your process. ....much appreciation.... You will be in great hands when you choose to have Dr. Akoury and her staff help you with your health and be your health team.

I do not recommend them if you have heavy metals. I do not even recommend them for testing for heavy metals unless they are willing to do a full panel that includes all of the new and rare metals that are becoming more prevalent thanks to our medical community between vaccines and contrast Imaging. They are nice people but I do not suggest you give them a penny until you do full investigation of their experience. They do not followup with you on treatment plans even when you pay them their $500 fee. They will fool you by being so sweet and understanding and anyone with a chronic condition is easy prey for them!!!!!!But the reality is they will take your money and NEVER EVER CALL YOU BACK!! If you call they will take a message and promise to get back to you but it's all window dressing and LIES!!!In my book that constitutes a THIEF!!!! Or a politician!! Haha

I wish I could give a zero because that is exactly what they deserve. They lied, they do not know the more serious heavy metals like gadolinium and thallium. They don't know what they're doing but pretend like they do to get your $500 consult fee. They promise they'll get back to you, bc they really need to do research but don't want to admit it. When you call them to find out why they haven't called you back, they promise a return call but weeks later and still no phone call!!!!Do NOT be fooled by the sweet little receptionist that will lie through her teeth and tell you whatever you want to hear and tell you that they know what they're doing and they know metals, it's NOT true!!!!!She's only been there for a couple of weeks, I learned that after the fact, she's A GREAT SALESPERSON!!! I got sold!!!run run run run run run find another place. I hear Dr. Hickey in Hilton Head in South Carolina is good with heavy metals. Try him, that's where we will try next. In tired of getting falling for snake oil!

Dr. Dalal Akoury is a MIRACLE worker sent straight from God. She literally saved my Dad's life in one treatment. I can never thank her enough for what she did for our family. My 77 year old beloved Dad was very sick with a severe virus and he refused traditional medical treatment (he also has other chronic health problems) but on the tenth day of severe dehydration and fever and malnourishment from the effects of the virus, he finally agreed to be taken to AWAREmed for what he thought would just be simple IV hydration. Our entire family knew on that very day if he did not get at least IV hydration, he would not make it another day on this earth. By the grace of God, when my Dad arrived at AWAREmed, Dr. Akoury herself greeted him and instantly built a rapport with him, making him comfortable enough to trust her treatment plan for him. Dr. Akoury knew instantly upon seeing my Dad that he wasn't long for this world without some immediate and aggressive treatment. She went above and beyond to first hydrate and infuse him with powerful nutrients via IV and then she came in on her day off (the very next day) and administered UVB treatment to him, which healed the virus as well as his long suffered eye condition. He was revived from that one treatment and within a few days, it was as if he had not been on his death bed a few days before. I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years and I have never seen such miraculous healing in my whole career. I know God made this happen and He chose Dr. Akoury to do it through because she is an astounding physician with a heart of gold, a work ethic of a hero and an annointing or a calling to do this type of care and treatment for people who have experienced no healing from traditional medical care or who understand the intrinsic value of alternative medical care. Dr. Akoury is a world renowned "One in Million" champion whom I will forever cherish for saving my precious father's life. THANK YOU Dr. Akoury! May God bless you forever and ever!
