Website showed the part in stock but nobody behind the counter could find the item. In spite of my providing a brand and part number. Left the store without part, knowing it was on a shelf somewhere.. Then I ordered part online, and it was ready for pickup a few minutes later. They cant find something without a pick ticket showing exact location??
So I wasted an extra hour because your employees cant look up part numbers?
I cant recommend this location to anyone...

Dropped battery off to be charged over night came back next day and the guy who brought it out couldn't tell me for sure if it was charged so he tried to test it and told me it was a bad battery. But something didn't seem right.. so I took it to Advance Auto a block down the road from AutoZone and had them charge it and came back the next day to get it. I had the guy tested it and it was fine just needed to be charged up was all something AutoZone clearly didn't do. It in my vehicle now and works great. Thanks for wasting my time AutoZone and trying to rip me off.

I bought some new wiper blades there less than a month ago. I splurged and went for the premium blades. They lasted 21 days, and then both came apart. I stopped in today to see if they were warrantied or guaranteed for a certain amount of time. The lady at checkout replaced them without question, and even without me having my receipt. Great friendly service!

They have installed new wiper blades for me and one flew apart 50 miles from the store. I was headed south so I didn't go back.

I was looking for a lunch option and found this amazing food truck. Thank you auto zone for letting them park.The food was prepared fresh and taste amazing. I'm going back to grab some for my wife.

I ordered a water pump early in the morning, they told me it would be there by 2 that day, when I got there the water pump wasn't even there and they didn't have any record of it! I showed them the number where I had called early that morning and was at the right place too!And then they said they had one in stock and sold me the wrong one. Me and my wife were broke down at a gas station, they were absolutely no help! By far the worst AutoZone I ever been in!

Edgar was the biggest help I've ever had from an auto zone experience. He helped take off the battery terminal, replace it, checked my oil, and also help me replace my steering wheel cover. And with a big smile. He was the best. All the employees were awesome
