“I got my car back they had thrown away the pices that went under the hood . The front quarter panel was cracked. I had to take it back in they had to order the parts that were thrown away. They did replace the front quarter panel but chiped another part of my car and would not replace it and it wasn't broken when I took it in there. Would not recommend them. If you do take your car there take pictures of everything and check everything as soon as you get it back.
I wanted to up date my review because they got back in touch with me and replace the broken part. They did it fast. Thank you”

Regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) on our 2021 Silverado 1500 LT Trail Boss. I showed up around 8:30am at Champion Chevrolet’s Service Department for an oil change and tire rotation and was on my way about 9:30am. No issues. Phil Leonard (my Service Advisor) did a great job as did the lady in the Cashier’s Office. God Bless y’all.”
“I called the day before about a battery for my Honda I had unexpectedly needed after paying 300$ to have my car repaired. The next day they had my battery waiting for me and offered to put it on, but I was on the way to pick up my car so the nice gentleman took it out to my friends car for me. Super nice people and I'm so glad I found them. I'll definitely be going back to them again in the future”
“Just bought interior light bulbs for my 2001 Ford Escape. The young man who assisted me this evening was extremely patient and helpful. I have always been impressed w the team at this location on University Ave. Side note: I went to an O'Reilly's in Asheville and the sales guy couldn't find the same lights...and actually sold me the wrong bulbs insisting they were correct. Natalia was awesome, we wanted a Tiguan but the JC location didn’t have one in the color we wanted, so she arranged to have one brought down from Bristol and it was there the next morning. The finance department didn’t play a bunch of games with us either. Overall a great experience.”

“I had an amazing experience at this dealership. The entire process of purchasing my 2018 Mazda3 was quick and painless from start to finish. I located the vehicle I wanted to purchase online through a third party website and sent the generic "I am interested email". I was almost immediately contacted by a Ms. Kasey Bishop, who was courteous and helpful from the start. She answered some questions for me about the vehicle and even took some more pictures for me at my request. I informed her that I was travelling from a couple hours away, so she maintained contact with me to ensure that the vehicle I was interested in was still available. Once the vehicle was detailed she noticed a small scratch and let me know before I was enroute just to to ensure there was no surprises for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a Mr. Chris Saletto. He was courteous and very personable. The test drive went smooth and his demeanor did not change when he was informed that I had already secured financing through my bank. If you have bought any cars with pre approved financing you probably know this isn't always the case. Mr. Saletto was upfront about pricing and even after we had made the deal. He had a few small blemish's on the interior taken care of without me even having to ask. Overall the process took about an hour from stepping foot on the dealership and there was not a single moment where I was worried about my treatment. I would highly recommend this dealership and I am sure I will go to them for any future vehicle purchases.”
