I was referred to them through my insurance after needing my bumper replaced & I’m sad haven’t known them all my life. They are so professional, work with your schedule & even finances if you need. On top of all that they fixed my Kia Optima bumper(Had ran into mailboxes previously in the dark) FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. “Caliber collision did a great job of repairing my vehicle but they hide some information from me about my initial estimate. At the beginning of the first week, they were informing me about my vehicle and how the repair was going but they deviated in the middle of week two and week three. I had to keep calling them but overall, I am satisfied with my vehicle repair.”
“I recently took my Genesis in for repairs. The experience greatly exceeded expectations.
The work was flawless. I can’t tell there was ever any damage. They came in under the estimate which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, they detailed my car. It wasn’t just your average detail job, my car looks like new.
If you need any body work, I highly recommend these folks. I hope I don’t need any body work again anytime soon, but if I do, this is the only place I’ll go.

“I bought some new wiper blades there less than a month ago. I splurged and went for the premium blades. They lasted 21 days, and then both came apart. I stopped in today to see if they were warrantied or guaranteed for a certain amount of time. The lady at checkout replaced them without question, and even without me having my receipt. “Crowder Rv had the best price for the 5th wheel we wanted to purchase. We were undecided about the model and they had both in stock so we could compare. The salesperson gave us plenty of space to look over the units, we spent at least two hours looking over them and never once felt pressured for a sale. We were traveling so needed to transfer our stuff to the new unit from our trade in. They set us up in the parking lot on site to transfer everything and allowed us to stay for the night. Everyone in the dealership was kind and friendly. The finance department helped with any questions.We have great service as well. There was a converter problem(warranty work), troubleshooting was done by a technician over the phone (we live 6 hour away), part was ordered and the repair was arranged so my husband could spent the night on site have it fixed fixed the next day and travel home. No leaving it for weeks like others have remarked. They have followed up on any phone calls and worked with us.”

“Greatest car buying experience! Purchased my second Mitzubishi from Wallace of JC. Still have my first one...wanted the hybrid outlander too! The service has been top notch since my first experience in 2016. My salesman, Ben, found me the exact model I wanted! Did most everything over the phone and the pickup process took minutes....but we stayed longer chatting because he is so great! Highly recommend this company, the Outlander, and Ben!!!
