I tried to give them a five-star review, but I just couldn't. My sound system is so messed up, it will never be the same. I showed pictures of my sub and explained the speaker/sub setup, but evidently the installer forgot everything when he pulled the old head unit and just removed the wires. When they were finished with the install, there was no bass and they had no answers for me. On my way home I realized that they had not hooked up the sub, so I called. I went back the next day and was told that the installer did not know I had a sub. They took the car back and jerry rigged a wire from the sub. It's not the same. The system is designed to have all eight speakers and the sub work together. It doesn't.

Just had new system, amp and sub installed; they did great work. Super helpful, great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend.

After 2 days of searching for someone that could help me in immediate situation I found audio underground with Rick and Eli and they were awesome and help me in a very tight situation. If for any reason whatsoever I need any electrical or stereo system work done in the future I would be glad and more than glad to come here and get it done. Thank you guys for everything

They installed a stereo that I purchased from Best buy and a back up camera, they also tinted my windows. I am very happy with the installation and prices.They are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.

Audio Underground did a great job on a small project. Simple dash cam install...they got me scheduled quickly, had me in and out in about an hour, and the work was extremely professional. Would definitely recommend them.

I had an appointment with BestBuy for 9am, but no one showed up till almost 9:30am. I canceled the app and got my products. Called AU here and they had a cancellation and got me worked in. Had my new stereo and touchscreen in for in less than an hour! I’ll only go here for installs and such now! Very happy with them!

Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. Went in with no appointment and left with in a hour. The technician took the extra time to hide all the cables. Even made an appointment to get my windows tinted.
