This is by far the best furniture rental place. Jasmin and the other lady that works the front sorry I didn't catch her name are the sweetest best customer service. Jasmin was very helpful.

Daphne and Jasmine were amazing! Very friendly and welcoming! They made my purchase very smooth and easy! I will definitely be a returning customer with service like that! They kept their word on everything and delivered my purchase at the exact time they said they would!!

I have been a customer for over 2 years and when i first opened my account it was different managers delivery drives all that jazz well the whole freaking people were all fired all of them and that is none of my business as long im still treated right well nope the new store manager I believe her name is Daphne i called her to discuss my couch payment it's $85 dollars a month for a couch that was ripped and i also got it on customer appreciation day where there was also to be a percentage off and it's also the 3rd item i have got from this company and when i spoke with Daphne with my concerns she straight smarted off on me but in the next sentence she did not want to lose me as a customer WHAT so this was how this company treats their customers they are coming after the couch on the 27th of December at 2 clock my suggestion for anyone looking to buy from this company don't they do not appreciate their customers at all i will never give them my business again

Horrible horrible experience. Updating after leaving a 5 star review previously. Just know ALL of the 5 star reviews are from when Zach was managing this store. Now that he’s gone there has been a problem EVERY SINGLE MONTH. Trying to go against what my contract states, charging processing fees and “club fees”. They can’t keep a consistent manager and they basically tell you just because one manager told you something doesn’t mean it’s true. One of the worst businesses I’ve actually seen. If you can’t run it correctly shut it down. I’ve rented from American Rental in a different city and they had their ducks in a row, this place DOES NOT and they expect you to pay for it. STAY AWAY. Whatever you want it is NOT worth the headache and lack of professionalism from so called “managers”. Never again.
