Got two new keys programmed at my friend Timothy Smith place American Auto Imports Repair Shop in JC.
As always the customer service was awesome and they did it in a timely manner. I was so thankful for that because otherwise I wouldn't have had any wheels.

Thank you American and Import Auto Repair for replacing the battery in my Audi! I am so glad to have my car back and running when no one else wanted to work on it because it's an import (in the small town where I live).
Everyone who interacted with me was very kind and professional, plus they were very upfront about the costs. I will definitely be bringing my Audi back here in the future!

Would give American & Import 10 stars if I could. First of all they were the ONLY repair shop that would touch my Alfa Romeo Giulia!! They walked me thru the entire repair process, kept me informed and stayed true to the price they gave me before the work was even started. Not to mention, the price alone was well under what I could have expected from Harper . The closest dealership for my vehicle is in Knoxville and I doubt they would give me even an inkling of the personal service I received from Cynthia and her EXTREMELY professional staff. They even honored a coupon I’d forgot to mention when I paid so I called back, and was given a refund for the amount of the coupon! Cynthia didn’t have to do that, but she did.……awesome people to deal with I won’t be going anywhere but here from here on out! Love the staff and top notch service

My wife and are very pleased with our whole experience with AIAR OF JOHNSON CTY.I had tried to get Mercedes in Kingsport to fix my wife's ML320 2002 SUV, they told us they didn't have anyone who could fix one that old. We took it to another place ( won't mention who) he kept the car 30 days charged $ 1100. To install a fuel pump,a bad one .Finally I received a ad from AIAR in JC.,we had almost decided to get rid of the car.But we decided to give these guys a call.That wasa blessing,from the moment we took the car we had a peace about it.They are very good at letting you know the problems and the cure.They sent pictures of all the things that needed fix with some needed now and some later.They replaced the bad fuel pump,replaced front brakes ,calibers hoses .I can't tell you enough how impressed we are with them.All our cars have found a new place for service.Thank you Josef and all the people who took such good care of my wife's car. MAY THE LORD BLESS YOU ALL.

American & Import Auto is family owned and take pride in the service they provide too our local community. I was very impressed with how the employees work together as well as their attention too detail making this a very pleasurable experience.
