Called main customer service number on 6/4/2024, looking for a Range Master Griddle Grill in stock near where we live. C.S told me there were 8 in stock at the Market St location in Johnson City...but they could not guarantee how many would be left by the time we arrived later in the day. So we drove 40 miles one way to the store. When we got inside we asked for the same griddle and that C.S. told us there were 8 in stock before we left. Stock employee in the isles said they had them in the rear stock room but that he couldn't sell one because they were going on sale the next morning. We said we were unaware of said sale and had called C. S. earlier to establish availability. Still he insisted he could not sell one until tomorrow. After spending $15 in gas to buy one and being turned away, we will not be patronizing this store chain again !

We haven't shopped here in a while, but they still have a good selection with prices that, although higher than last time, are better than many other stores. We like that you can find healthier items and some items that are different from those at the regular grocery stores due to the European roots of the store. The cashier was very friendly. We don't mind putting a quarter in the shopping cart or bagging our own groceries in our own bags because all of that helps keep the costs down. This is a good store, and we're happy to shop there.

Glad to have an Aldi close to where I live. It's my favorite store in town and I've gotten very familiar with their products. As long as I don't get injured in there, I guess all is cool, though it took me a while to reach my conclusion about it. To boycott the store would be cheating myself out of some good prices on many good foods, not to mention the convenient location.

We go in for their sour dough bread and come out with our bag over flowing.
Love that it's not a huge store, have good prices and good produce. We go here and also the Greeneville store--a lot!! ????

I do like the prices. Remember to bring a shopping bag!
Side note, the storage containers I bought were supposed to be glass, and the lids were supposed to be plastic. (The box was heavy). When I got them home, the whole thing was plastic. Very disappointing.
Good shopping experience. Nice people.

Good prices for a bad economy. Better selection of meats than the Aldi in Kingsport. ??
