I have rented storage from Accent Self Storage for 10 years. Always have been satisfied with their customer service. My bank information had changed and I have always done auto pay. Forgot to update my information. I spoke with Linda today and graciously took care of everything

Wonderful and exceptional help that goes beyond the basic care of the everyday consumer. The managers really do want you to have a great experience. Shadia , wow, what can I say, she is Amazing at what she does for a living, sooo much help and every single issue I had or question she had the perfect answer. I will keep being a customer so long as she is an Employee of, or a Manager, maybe even co-owner one day, im only kidding, but thank you so much for everything

Prepare in advance for moving stuff in! We had hired movers for a few hours and they got to spend half of that time standing around because our codes we were given never worked. It took more than an hour of calling back and forth to actually get into the facility. As long as you are prepared and don’t expect anything for any trouble you incur you’ll do great. I will say these were the best rates in town! And the unit itself was clean. Unfortunately, they’re customer service could use some work.

Linda at Accent was easy to work with to set up another storage unit. I've got 6 units with Accent and I am pleased with the cost and the response we get when a need arises.
