Since the first time we took our camper to be worked on it’s been absolutely the worst service. We told them what needed fixed, they had it for two weeks. We picked it up only to take it back the very next day because it was not fixed. We went camping and lo and behold one of the most important parts that was supposed to be fixed well what do you know it’s not fixed which has caused water damage in our floor. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, I am Livid. I called a couple months ago left a message no one ever called me back. I called last week and no one ever called me back. I called again and I got hateful and finally was put through to a person. They are just full of excuses.

If you are looking for a place who takes advantage of their customers this is the place for you! They falsified repair documents and do not stand by their extended warranty, on their brand new campers! Shame on you A&L!

Hayley was very knowledgeable without being pushy. She took her time with us, even showed us around on multiple occasions without making us feel like an inconvenience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an RV!

10/10 would not recommend purchasing a camper from A&L RV Sales - Johnson City, TN
Bought our Forest River camper 2 years ago. We are now having issues with the slide coming out. Upon further inspection, they have stated the slide was assembled wrong by Forest River. Neither company is willing to fix their mistake. They expect us to pay over $3k out of pocket to fix something that was done wrong to begin with.
As a RV dealership, you would think they would back the products they sell. They have been a nightmare to deal with.
Funny thing, their Facebook states they sell quality products and back them with quality service. What a joke.

Everyone was so welcoming and nice! Not pushy at all! They make sure they explain everything in detail, and give you tips on how to take care of your rv. They answer every little question you might have no matter what it is! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an rv!

I can't even wrap my head around how any sales person can be so nasty and arrogant. First they didn't want to show us an RV because that's not "process". Then he insisted we go across the street and fill out paperwork when we both already knew we didn't want to deal with him. Then he calls after we get home wondering why he hadn't heard from us. He gave us an absolutely ridiculous offer for ours and when she questioned it he told her "it's not worth anything". We're talking a $60000 trade value at 2 other places. Let's just say he won't be calling again.?
