The rooms could use a little cosmetic help. The toilet wouldn’t flush without holding down the handle the whole time and the grip strips in the shower were peeling up. There is a Keurig coffee machine in the room with cups and a couple of different coffee K-Cups which was really nice and the towels and washcloths were so clean! The bed was comfortable enough and there were a lot of pillows, which I appreciated whole heartedly! The room was also very spacious. The person who checked us in was so friendly and gave us a room that we could park in front of which was perfect since we were coming in late and leaving early. The location was perfect. It was just off the interstate so we didn’t have to travel off our route.

Room was very clean, plenty of towels. Ac/ Heat worked great. Great location off the interstate. Dylan was very helpful, gave great service. The breakfast needs to be improved. But overall a great place to stay!Rooms: Very clean!Walkability: Gas station, and McDonald's is in walking distance.

Dylan is the kindest and most helpful desk clerk Ive had in a long time. He assured me that it was a save location and this stay would be the most pleasant. He was correct. I stay in at least 50 plus hotels a year for my business and am questioning everything. He didnt mind and comforted me very well. The rooms have been remodeled and have a very clean smell. (All are non smoking) The beds are all brand new and it was very comfortable. They even have a Keurig with a few tasty coffees to try. I give this place a big thumbs up. When you see $80,000 BMW’s in the parking lot, You can assure its a nice place. Thank you Dylan, your awesome ?.Rooms: Very clean and updated with new beds. Nice cozy getaway spot for sure.Safety: Again, When you park your $30,000 car next to $80,000 cars, its safe!

This is perfect for stopping overnight on your way across the country. It’s easy on / off I-75, the rooms are clean and you can bring Fido. The breakfast consists of cold cereal and coffee, which can fill the void on the way out. We arrived at 1:00am and the night attendant was a lovely man, quick and helpful. Also of note, the rooms are entered individually making in/out efficient. There are security cameras all around the place.

If you're seeking accommodations for an overnight stay with your furry friend, this place may suit your needs. However, it's important to note that their continental breakfast left much to be desired. When I arrived at around 7:30 am, there were only three protein bars left, and the brewed coffee was far from satisfying. On a brighter note, the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and provided valuable assistance with all of my inquiries. Additionally, a noteworthy highlight is the absence of any visible bugs in the establishment.

The rooms were your average Days Inn room. The beds were really comfortable. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The carpet was outdated. The front desk was super friendly. We stopped at an interstate hotel the next night and all 3 of us said we wished we were back at this hotel. We will definately stay here again. If your looking for a clean place to stay and a hot shower, this is it. It isnt luxury, but you arent paying for a luxury room. Just wish it had a fridge

Would stay again. Rooms were clean. We requested extra towels before we got there and they were in the room when we arrived. We also requested a ground level room and were accommodated. The night clerk was personable, funny and kind.If you're hoping for a continental breakfast, however, you won't find it here. Coffee - regular and decaf - and apple and orange juice are available 6am-9am. Granola bars are the only food.Very quiet location even though it's quite close to the I75 interstate.Rooms: Keurig with K-Cups, microwave and mini fridge. Ice bucket and both water and coffee cups. Mini tube of shampoo/conditioner and 2 bars of soap - one for shower and one for the sink.Very tight fit in the bathroom. I had to go around the toilet between the bowl and the tub in order to close the bathroom door.Hot water was hot. Floor was clean, tub was clean. Bedding was clean - beds and pillows clean and comfy.Safety: Well lit. No elevator. Stairs around the side of the building down to the lower level for the breakfast room definitely needs a handrail.Doors closed well and had both a deadbolt and the hard chain most every hotel has on their doors. No issues with key cards. Can park right in front of your door with most rooms.Pool was well covered and properly fenced in.Food & drinks: Keurig in the room. Breakfast room is on the main level to the right of room 116. Both regular and decaf coffee. Orange and apple juice machine. Only granola bars for breakfast. No lids for coffee cups. Half and half or powdered creamer, sugar and sugar-free options for coffee.

I rented a room online for a king bed when I arrived they tried to give me two doubles the night auditor was the most sarcastic unhelpful person with no people skills I've ever met. Next day I didn't request room service only fresh towels which the manger said he would personally bring only to arrive back after a day out and find no towels I went to the office and was denied towels since she was the only person on duty!! Definitely not returning

Room not handicap friendly, bathtub very difficult for handicap person to negotiate. Sink did not have a handle to turn on water faucet, therefore UNUSEABLE. Would not recommend to handicapped persons to stay.

My opinion, I wanted to out of there ASAP when I first stepped into my room and inspected the bed sheets as I do every place I stay. After my findings, I asked for a refund that they refused to give me and even tried charging me a cleaning fee for my findings. Ridiculous. Offered me to stay in another room, no thanks. I seen enough. After I got a case with Wyndham, they had the nerve to settle an offer with me 15% off of another stay there. No thanks, I care about my health. I ended up staying at a Hampton Inn. Even supplied Wynham with the receipt of the Hampton Inn I had to stay at and the pictures I took of my findings of their hotel. They were no help. Last time I ever booked at a Wyndham property. You're better off staying in nearby Williamsburg or Corbin KY. Or even Caryville TN. There's a lot more to do and eat in the other locations as well.Rooms: Not sanitarySafety: Think about your health

Do not stay here. We stayed last night on our way back to SC and it was a terrible decision. It was dirty and stuffy. There was a homeless man sleeping on the steps. The blanket had a huge dried up yellow fluid all over it and boogers dried up all underneath. The walls in the bathroom had poop smearing which we didn't see until the morning. When I called the number on the website to get another room or even blankets the number was a disconnected cell phone and no one answers the front desk on the phone provided. It was past 1am and we couldn't leave but lucky for us we had a blanket in the car we used for the night. It was so awful.

Very conveniently located, right off I75. The rooms are very clean! NO BUGS!! We had room 222 and it was great. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The bathroom was very clean, but the shower ceiling needs some work. Not a great patch job. The water was hot and the pressure is great.Safety: It is a very safe area.Food & drinks: Continental breakfast is coffee and granola bars. If your expecting the great biscuits and gravy they previously had, you will be disappointed. It is understandable, however. Nobody wants to work anymore and breakfast would need to be staffed.

worst hotel i have ever been at. key to the room didnt work some random guy who said he worked there let us into our room with a key. A/C wasnt on and the room was 90 degrees. took over 2 hours for the room to get cool enough to even try to sleep. room had a musky smell as well. woke up the next morning to dead bugs in the room as well. call and talked the manager and said pest control didnt find any bugs and i could pay 25 dollars for a copy of the report. told him i guess i need to call wyndham and he said to do that and hung up the phone. worst hotel and service i have ever had. if you need to stop dont stop at this hotel keep driving.

Emergency car situation. This was the closest hotel to us.They have the friendliest staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but they are adequate. Quiet location and the pool and jacuzzi are sparkling and well-kept.5 stars all the way!
