Staff were totally horrible. Line to the back of store waiting to check out and two employees are just talking and ignoring customers. I called her on it and she totally did not care. I won't be back.

This location is always busy. Bathrooms are frequently a mess. Also, there's only 1 stall in the men's room, which is incredibly inconvenient. Seems like the soda fountain always has multiple flavors that are empty.

Very disappointed. My husband and I always get our gas from Weigel's, it's actually the only place we use for gas. My husband stopped to get gas at this location and as he was having trouble with the pump, he canceled out his transaction and it showed, "Transaction Canceled" so he pulled to another pump to fill up. A tan truck pulled in behind him to use the pump he had just left. My husband watched the gentleman insert his card and then pump gas. However, it did not cancel my husband's transaction out and charged our bank $68.56 so someone got a free fill-up on us. I called Weigel's Headquarters, they looked into it and called me back and said to file a dispute with my bank. I more less begged for her to help instead of my bank since it was a glitch with the pump that caused all this aggravation and asked her to please review any camera footage. She stated that when this has happened before, the higher up always suggest filing a dispute with the bank. First off, if this has happened before, there is obviously a glitch that needs to be worked out with the pumps so why is it not being fixed? When a transaction is canceled and says it has been canceled, why is it not actually canceled? How also could another person put their card in, yet still read and use my husband's card for a transaction? That involves some major issues that will cost customers if not fixed. We will no longer use this business, so just be very careful when using this location's pumps. If you have to cancel a transaction, leave your vehicle at that pump and go inside to make sure the transaction was actually canceled as to avoid the headache and stress this has caused us. I'm just so disappointed in Weigle's for how this was dealt with. No help from a business we have used and supported for years.

Even though the store inside was a not very busy, the employees at the register waited until they finished their conversation before acknowledging me. One lady was even sitting down. I didn't get a greeting, instead I received a "what did you need"? AFTER I greeted the ladies first. Not professional at all.

I went by on Christmas Eve. It was posted they were staying open until 7pm. At 6:45 the woman shut the door and locked it on those of us standing there. She yelled NO! Like we were dogs. That was so rude

We are regular customers and stop in weekly for frozen drinks. Today we stopped and the team leader Tony didn't want to get cups to refill the slots since they are doing inventory tomorrow and they were out of most cups. My husband had to pay double for a frozen cappuccino because they didn't have the cups for them and they are way overpriced as is, my husband told them we won't be back. This isn't the way to treat customers just because you have inventory coming up tomorro.
