It was ok, they have totally rearranged the store. They have quick grab and go lunches as you walk in the grocery side. Think that's pretty cool, The thing I hated with a passion and they really didn't think this out was over in the pharmacy area where they have the vitamins. (I am handicapped, please keep that in mind and older in age). I went to stand up to reach for my normal vitamins and normally they are eye level or below they put them on the top shelf and when you are handicapped and have a frozen shoulder on top of being handicapped you can't reach things like that. I basically had to drive my scooter out and around to find help. Then the worker looked at me like why can't you reach that. I wasnt happy. Normally I have my husband with me but he was suffering from a gout attack at the time so he was doing everything he could to hurry out the store so he stayed at the register and I went on to get what I needed. Frustrating

I order online from Walmart all the time. I always receive my orders as they say or sooner. I ordered some Karosen from them that took 12 days later than what they said it would. That was something that I really needed. I live on a houseboat and needed the extra heat for the snow and cold weather coming. I will not order that from them again.

Found everything -5-4-22 update:Four registers open with 4 and 5 people (mostly elderly or handicapped) waiting in each register line.Pinching pennies by installing "automated" check out stations=poor customer service and lack of concern/empathy for the bulk of customers who shop in the Walmart chain of stores. Doesn't seem to be an alternative these days.7-2822 update:Only two cashier Lanes open with 4 and 5 people in them -Store is jam packed with merchandise in most of the aisles and still on pallets - no room in the shelves for it.The china pipeline must have opened up...5-29-23 the china connection is apparently running smoothly again - shelves are stocked, today Ms. Rita was on the register and she is very communicative, friendly, and most of all very efficient with and for her customers !!!!!❤️8-20-23 Jefferson City Walmart wins again - not enough cashier's - need to reduce self checkout and open up more jobs for cashier's.2-14-2024 store very busy but with only two registers open -Next the store will be complaining about theft causing significant loss from the self checkouts - serves them right. OPEN THE REGISTERS.

I made an appointment to get my tires changed and provided the item number and also got the warranty. On the day of the appointment 2/3/24. I arrived on time. After being checked in and my vehicle being in the bay for 2 1/2 hours I walked up to the counter to ask how much longer? Only to be told. “yeah we don’t have the tires, we have not done anything ” I have been sitting 5 feet away from the counter for over two hours and they never said a word. They had texted me 3 times that they had stated . The were 2 team leads and 2 counter workers when I walked up to ask. NOT a SOUL had told me anything was wrong. I was not the only one who had an horrible experience yesterday. I finally left 4 hours later after purchasing a tire they did have. Two trips in one . I would never go back and by what I experienced and watched. I would never buy a battery there. It was shocking how many batteries were returned and warranty’s not honored. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! How were they going to ever tell me? Smoke signals?? I was setting right in front of them.
