The most absurdly slow pharmacy on a consistent basis.

This is the slowest Walgreens anywhere. I was third car back in the drive-through line and it’s taking me 25 minutes to get to the window.

I have never hated a pharmacy more than I hate Walgreen's in Jefferson City. I started using them about 2 years ago and regretting it. I had a check up with my doctor on June 30, 2022 and he renewed all my scripts and lo and behold over 8 prescriptions shows up on my profile as being filled that same day even though they weren't due yet. I have 3 that I need desperately and they won't let me have them. I have the two bottles and it states on them that they were filled on June 4, 2022 but they say I can't get them because I didn't pick them up that date. I got a text this morning that I had a script ready to pick up so here I go and I get there and I can't get it. One is my sleeping pills and without them I can't sleep so I will spend 2 sleepless nights. Gas is almost 5.00 a gallon and it cost me 10.00 every time I make the trip the trip over there and I will have to go back Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and that is 30.00 in gas. I'm a senior citizen and on Social Security so it is costly to me. I have sent an email to the corporate office and if I don't get results I will call them and I am filing a complaint online with the State of Tennessee and looking for another pharmacy. I will also call my Medicare supplement in the morning because I think those scripts have already been run through them. I don't know if what they are doing is Walgreen's policy but I intend to find out ASAP

I have never had this much trouble with a pharmacy ever. I have to take birth control for my endometriosis, and the supply I received by E script was not enough to last me to my next doctors appointment. I have encountered this issue before and went to another Walgreens to see what they could do for me. At the other Walgreens they supplied me with one pack of my regular birth control which took no time and it was only $10. The regular price is 20 but they put a discount code on it. At this Walgreens, however, they went through this tumultuous 3 day process of trying to contact my doctor, even though they have received this exact prescription for me before. They automatically gave me an 80 day supply, which I did not need and did not ask for, and attempted to make me pay $50 for it and that was after the discount. Will not be back and will never send my prescriptions to this Walgreens ever again.

Worst customer service ever. I done a photo book for my wife for mothers day. Website showed book would be ready by 4:45pm so we headed there at 6:30pm when I got there nobody was at the photo center not an issue went to the cash register lady and she called for someone to help. When the lady got there she asked my name I gave it to her she then says oh by the way our machine just broke. I explained I ordered earlier today then the excuses came. I asked her why nobody called so I didn"t waste a trip to town more excuses. Beware at Walgreens in Jefferson City.

If your business hours are not only posted on the front door of your establishment, the automated phone service and also the website stating that you open at 8:00 am then why am I having to sit in my car for over thirty minutes and still not a Walgreen's worker in sight. That's unprofessional and definitely no way to run a business. Maybe you should find a new manager better yet fire all employees who choose to sleep in instead of opening up on time

I've been using this pharmacy since we bought a house nearby and I'm very satisfied with the service here. The only thing I sort of dislike is that they can be a little slow but I assume it's because they're making sure things are correct, preventing mistakes that would happen if rushed. The pharmacy staff is nice and courteous. I haven't encountered one single individual that was rude or unkind. The pharmacists all take time to explain medications as well.

This pharmacy has the rudest and most unfriendly staff I've ever experienced! I used them for almost 3 years because of no other choice but once other pharmacies opened in the area I'm saving well over $10,000.00 yearly just for my meds and probably closer to $20k including my family's prescriptions. Contacted the corporate office several times without any change from prescriptions being wrong to shortages and charging me full price when covered by insurance.. go anywhere in town but Walgreens
