The scrubber got caughter on my stock non after market vehicles antenna and broke it off the roof of my 2022 suv. Wrote a report sent an emai to request assistance in the damage. Not a peep.Do not recommend.

This car wash is never open when they claim to be, the customer service is absolutely horrible especially the dude with long hair that drives a burgundy silverado. I wish they had better staff because it really is a nice car wash but when you can't do the basics it looks bad.

I am canceling my membership. I have had a membership for 3 years. Over the past 6 months when I went to wash my car in the middle of the day, they were closed 8 times! I’m not paying for something I can’t use. This car wash has went downhill fast!

They either close early or when you're going through they stop it mid wash and that makes your car not get as clean. Its not worth the monthly bill, go elsewhere to wash your car. Also summer hours are ridiculous, it gets dark at 9:30 and they close at 8. Make more money staying open later.

I was looking for the owner of this carwash please. Apparently the General Manager is not one to talk about concerns or questions involving my car. I’ve given the proper consideration,called the carwash? No one answered. It rings 9 times before trying to let you leave a message. I called 8 times, BACK TO BACK. I Phoned immediately on day of incident. No one answered? 3 employees on this day. Mind you, I was heading out of town. However, each day I was hopeful. Surely the office has a phone ? Do member of the team not help with incoming calls? So ok, but why hasn’t a manager picked up the phone yet either? ( 4 days ) Maybe read up on customer service and also ways to increase revenue. I guarantee you as a business owner my ENTIRE STAFF will all be I expected to help with any type of situation. Good, bad, or just needing to confirm or share what is helpful, especially when it seems relevant to the service being offered, let’s not forget questions customers may ask or simply confirming? Who knows but ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS DETAILS or concerns if not 100% provided or taken seriously from ALL staff in general has proven to be fronded on. Maybe Since GM doesn’t and hasn’t Emptied the company answering machine I was unable to reach anyone to confirm and resolve my situation. Lack of priority on GM? Well I went to speak with the manager. GM. ? Was informed texting the number she was giving me would probably get a quicker reply than calling because he doesn’t answer his phone often??Sidney even APOLOGIZED for the voicemail on the business phone and no room to leave a message. Indicating Brian, GM DOESNT clear the phone machine messages often BUT she says someone always has a phone close by to answer.Not on my situation and unhappiness did ANYONE PICK Up at the carwash.WAIT …. LolI leave a voicemail AND TEXT FOR BRIAN, “GENERAL MANAGER “ … 1st attempt no answer either way.Yesterday I called AGAIN….. AND TEXTED FOR A FOLLOW UP AND A FOLLOW THROUGH…..No a peep!!!!!!!!So lack of effort is no communication and here are clear, clear signs HE HAS NO INTEREST OR INTENTION TO MAKE RIGHT THIS SITUATION!!!What really heats me is IF SOMEONE WOULD HAVE ERASED ANSWERING MACHINES OR EVEN ANSWERED THE BUSINESS PHONE MY PIECE TO MY GRILL THAT THE CAR WASH BROKE WOULD HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED AND PUT IN A SAFE SPOT WITH MY NAME AND PICKUP DATE.So On the day I returned and immediately went to the carwash, hoping….Well Sidney had found my part, indicating she had placed it in bucket with a few parts and wiper blades in case I returned. Well, since no phone communication AT ALL by the employees my part was held for 3 days but the dumpster company picked up ONE DAMN DAY BEFORE I PHYSICALLY WAS ABLE TO GO DIRECTLY THERE, ( because still no one answered!!) Sidney was very nice and helpful, thank you for your kindness.So I FEEL THE MEANS WHERE PROVIDED TO THE CARWASH BUT DUE TO LAZINESS AND POOR DECISION MAKING AND FOLLOW THROUGH MY DAMAGE SHOULD “DEFINITELY “ be fixed by BRIAN- FIRSTVOLS MAGIC CARWASH INSURANCE - secondI tried following directions and the proper steps to get my part gathered and placed safely for me until my return.Your GM STI LL HAS NOT EVEN ATTEMPTED TO REACH OUT TO “YOUR” customer???The people who are helping you provide him a paycheck!!If anyone knows the owner please pass along but I’m am still hopeful that this particular incident will respectfully get a response and some validity with understanding as well.Kind regards,Maryjo

I'm still awaiting a response on my grill being broken in this great carwash on 6/2/2023. My attempt to get this resolved started at 2pm on the day it happened. (12 attempts, no one picked up phone at store during hours of operation) on 6/6/2023 tried to reach the GM on his personal cell phone. Multiple calls were put in to the store but the voicemail was full and since out of town and no way to reach the store my part was thrown away. The moment I got back to town I went by the carwash, confirming with staff that the part WAS FOUND on 6/2/23. but they didn't know who the part belonged to. Well since their voicemail box was full, one review posted finally the owner? Responds , "looking into" and points my 10pm voicemail to GM was unprofessional? Well I've tried at 5 DIFFERENT TIMES in a day period to find THE RIGHT TIME for SOMEONE TO CALL ME WITH MY NUMBER LEFT TO CONTACT ME. NO ANSWER, no follow up???? And now it 6/16/23. How much more should a REPEATED customer do for a simple fix? I wasn't wanting chaos but seems a new step is necessary. No problem. Next step taking place.

The car wash is not working correctly. The roller that is on right side , the tension on it slams it so hard that you hear it bang as it goes over the mirror hits door so hard it shattered mirror on that side. Took it to there attention was told nothing will come of it because my car is a 2016 impala, while laughing about it. Very rude . I went in to get car washed not have my mirror destroyed because there machine is set wrong. Also the rods that your tires travel thur are not straight as you moving along your tire hits it in two spots and jerks the steering wheel and it’s shakes the whole car. Maybe they will fix that when it blows a tire.

Best car wash around. Someone skipped in line and threw off the queue (hopefully an honest mistake) but caused everyone behind them to have to wait about 10 minutes to get our vehicles washed. The kind folks who were working explained the situation to us, and gave myself and the few others behind me a free wash for being patient and understanding. I feel bad they lost money because of one person, but I'm happy that they did the right thing. And my car came out spotless. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a solid wash.

I went through this car wash. They tell you when you are going in if your wheels are properly aligned. Halfway through the wash my car started feeling like it was getting stuck. Then the wash shut down. One of the guys came in and told me to turn my wheels right. I did. They started up the wash again and the same thing happened. The same guy told me to straighten my wheel. I showed him it was straight so he had me turn it left. They started it again and the same thing happened. A skinny guy with a ponytail came in and started yelling at me. Literally yelling at me. I finally got out of there and called the manager. He did not care at all about the bad service. He said he'd mention it to the kid. He does d not care about my business or if I never came back. I did nothing wrong and was treated like crap by the employee there. Very disappointing considering I was a frequent customer prior to this encounter.

I have two monthly memberships here. It’s been close at least five times since the first year it seems like every time I go to this places closed. Sometimes the washing machine only half of it works a lot of times the vacuum cleaners are broken. Always something. obviously the owner does not read his reviews because there is a lot of complaints. maybe time to find a new one.

This place is terrible. My car wasn’t even clean. Now I have to take it to another place to have it cleaned better. And halfway through the entire thing shut off and I was stuck in the wash for a bit. My car looks worse after the wash than it did going in. Will never come back here.

I would not recommend this car wash. They are supposed to open at 8 AM daily. However, I waited until 8:35 AM and watched a dozen cars leave behind me due to them not opening. What's interesting is I saw the employee going to the gas station and leaving. I quickly realized that is why it did not open. Even when I use their facility at times not all of the devices were working. I would recommend finding another car wash.

Employees were much better today, towels were available, however paid for tire shine, which didn't happen, one vacuum where I parked is gone And the other side not work.Step it up please
