This garbage car wash scratched the wheel on my brand new truck with less then 1500 miles on it. Basically told me I was SOL. Horrible car wash, avoid like the plague.

This used to be the nicest car wash in Jefferson City. They do a pretty good job on cleaning and making sure towels and spray are available. The vaccums are sometimes questionable and the overall maintenance of the grounds is horrible with no recent grass cut, bushes trimmer or mulch or pressure washing the area. They could use a few days serious maintenance.

Paid $18 and bug wash.. all to come out what seemed to be 2 min wash .. they didn't spray the truck down before hand (bugwash) came out to basically hand wash my truck with spray and towels.the brushes didnt even touch the bottom or the top of the truck ..the panel behind but on the side driver back. I don't expect all the bugs to be off the truck, it's hot out they're basically baked on.. but I do expect some of them to be off. Very disappointed in this one. (Used to go to the one in Sevierville, was great every time)

The car wash has been closed for the last 2 days. I pay for a monthly pass and have been unable to use it and there is no one answering the phone and no sign up to tell the paying customers why. Also when it IS open the don’t ever have both lanes open so that you can go on through if you pay for a monthly pass. You have to sit in line and wait forever for people to read all the options, make their selection, pay etc which is very time consuming when there are several cars in line. It just isn’t run very well at all.

I pay a monthly subscription. For the last week or so they have been closed. No way to contact anyone. No one has even been at the location working. My payment is still coming out of my banking account, but they’re never open anymore. What gives?!?!
Try to call the number and no one answers and there’s no voicemail set up.

Car wash quality is ok but they are rarely open the hours stated. This morning at 10 not open. Thursday and Friday this week closed at 7.

Vol car wash is on top of their game today. They had five folks working. Vacuum work very well. I really enjoyed the fact that they provide towels and glass cleaner. We got free vehicles in our family that has stickers for car wash, so we are there quite frequently. A weekly washer too helps keep the 12-year-old vehicle looking good. And when it looks good, I’m not so tempted to go looking for another vehicle.

The scrubber got caughter on my stock non after market vehicles antenna and broke it off the roof of my 2022 suv. Wrote a report sent an emai to request assistance in the damage. Not a peep.Do not recommend.

This car wash is never open when they claim to be, the customer service is absolutely horrible especially the dude with long hair that drives a burgundy silverado. I wish they had better staff because it really is a nice car wash but when you can't do the basics it looks bad.
