Our sales representative, Craig Potts, did an outstanding job. For two days he addressed all of our questions and did a fine job in presenting our offer to the Sales Manager. Craig is the reason why Tarr Chevrolet got our business. I would highly recommend Craig to anyone that is in the market for a new or used car. Tarr Chevrolet has a great individual representing their company.

Had a brand new 2024 Chevrolet Traverse there in the body shop to be fixed where my wife was hit. After over a month and not being able to get parts it was totaled out by insurance. Service called to say someone was there to pick it up could they get anything out, my response was ALL floor mats. My wife picked them up and we were missing the large cargo floor mat. Placed a call and they said they would call me back. After a week no call, went by there today and spoke with Terry in service about the mat. He said he was gonna call to find out and I said I thought you called last week. No one ever called me. He proceeded to tell me he wasn’t God f’ing almighty and can’t be everywhere at one time. After heated conversation I went inside and spoke with Robbie, then Terry came in and got right up in my face in front of everyone and I told him 3 times to get out of my face, finally Robbie had to tell him to calm down other customers were in there. My wife had to get in between us. Waited 30 min to talk to owner that never showed up. Finally Robbie took me in an office and called the owner. All I got was I’m sorry and I lost a good manager.. This is very poor customer service that Robbie had to tell Terry to quieten down due to other customers 3 times.
Owner didn’t seem very concerned with what happened other than he lost a “good manager”. In my opinion that’s not a very good manager in customer service..

This is my third truck from Tarr Chevrolet. Travis and Walt have been great to deal with they have kept on top of my 2025 Silverado 3500HD that I bought yesterday.

Buying our new truck was very easy at Tarr Chevrolet. Our salesman, Jerry Hampton, was great! He was very patient and accommodating. After the purchase, he explained thoroughly how everything operated on the truck. The sales manager, Travis Frazier, was very nice and super friendly! I would definitely recommend this dealership for the purchase of a vehicle.

If I could leave below 0 for Tarrs service department I most definitely would. For the past year and a half since I bought 2 Denalis off them it's been a NIGHTMARE!! Turnover via staff every couple months because they cannot keep up with the lies. They make promises they don't intend to keep, they hide notes from previous mistakes to avoid being held accountable. It's never good news with them, it's always something over $4k. Instead of worrying about bonuses you don't deserve, maybe try focusing on the vary people keeping that paycheck coming. This place is full of liars, thief's and crooks. Let it be known.
