I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not go here if you need your car fixed. Mine was sitting in the same parking spot for over a week without being even looked at. Each day I called they told me oh we will try and get someone to look at it today but never did. Then I asked about a loaner car and he told me straight up I can't get you one you can deal with it on your own. I bought the warranty from you shouldn't you be letting me know what my options are. I would never recommend this place. I bought my car here and struggled to get the price they had it marked as and then every time I take my car to get checked they never look at it. Took it to new port and they drove it right in to check my car out. If your car is under warranty don't expect them to even look at it for about 2-3 weeks.

Sales seem to be top shelf. Have no issues with any of the sales staff. They even tried to help me with my issues I was having with the service department. The issues i have is.... If you are a service adviser, you should know about service. What a person may need why they may need it and parts that may go into a job that is being asked or advised about. This is the issue. I have been to the service department twice and both times left feeling like I am not worthy of being on their property. I questioned the advisor about his service and that wasn't excepted. For example. I made an appointment for an oil change. I asked what brand oil will be used? Simple enough, I thought. Nope I was told 0w-20. I didn't ask about the weight I asked about the brand. I have a diesel and that was the wrong weight for it too. This engine requires 15w-40. I questioned him on this and explained I didn't ask about the weight I wanted to know what brand. He replied what ever GM sends us, it's in 55 gallon drums. Before the truck even got serviced I'm already asking myself should I do this? It gets better. They service the truck and I notice on the paperwork the wrong filter number. I get it, it will work but I wasn't at a dealership to get it will work, I wanted what the manufacturer states for this engine. I questioned it. His response was the owner manual was wrong, it didn't have to correct filter list and what was used was the correct one. So the book that is put in every new car to inform the owner of what to use is wrong and only the dealership has the correct part number???? So I get looking at the paperwork. Sure enough there is a filter listed with a number, this number matches my owners manual. So I look at what was installed, you guessed it it wasn't the correct one but the paper work stated that they put the correct one on it to cover them. This is very shady and outlandish for a dealership to run a service department this way. This is the last time I will ever take a vehicular back to them for anything. I gave two stars only because of the sales staff. And no I didn't purchase my vehicle from them. That was only one of the two times. The first wasn't as deceptive as this one still wasn't right same service advisor.

This is the second time refusal of service. First time I bought my Chevy blazer brand new had a sensors indicating that there was a problem with the tpms when I took it the dealership I was informed that all the mechanics were at to lunch and would need to bring it back in the AM. I spoke with what I can only assume was the GM which informed me that's just how they do things.I took to Morristown Chevy and with in a minute my car was in the back getting the sensors recalibrated. Today I go take my vehicle in to get an oil change and was informed they would not be able to get to it until Monday. The manager and I had it out but as I told him I could take my vehicle to any other dealership and get work done immediately. Well wouldn't you guess it I took to Morristown chevy and within 5 minutes it was I on a lift getting the oil change needed. The issue I have is that the warranty to get the oil changes for free or only with Tarr so this visit to Morristown is going to cost. At this point I will be contacting the BBB and attorneys to handle this. Do not go to Tarr to purchase a vehicle because they will not honor their contracts with their customers. You will be stuck having to go elsewhere to resolve the issue. The level of service sucks major you know what. I will say thank you for showing your true colors Tarr since now I'm in the market now to buy 80k truck I will not be coming to you hope it was worth it.

Bought an SUV from Jerry Hampton...and it was awesome. Would definitely do business with Jerry and Tarr again! Love my car. Had a great experience. I would highly recommend working with Jerry at Tarr Chevrolet to anyone looking for a great deal and service.

My son bought a vehicle at Tarr, 18 years old. They took advantage of him, sold him a lemon and a useless extended warranty. When he started having mechanical problems with the vehicle, they were never covered under the warranty. If you have a young person in your household, make sure they don't buy a vehicle from Tarr, they take advantage of young people.

1. Keith has conducted our business with the upmost integrity and continued support via follow up communication and service when I know he has 100 other things that are "currently" pressing but he has consistently made me feel like a priority. His level of service and COMMITMENT to that service, as we know, Is not often demonstrated in the business of auto sales. If anything "car salesman" are stereotyped to be polar opposite of Keith. 2. Although Keith and I's transaction was inherently "straight forward" at no point did I feel pressured or attempted to be coerced. In other words, Keith didn't try to BullSh*t me, and I appreciate that.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change. One day later, I noticed a huge oil stain on my new, freshly poured concrete driveway. Took my vehicle back to Tarr and after examining the car they determined their technician was at fault for the oil leak!! Good thing the engine didn't blow up, or Tarr Chevrolet would have been held responsible! The technician can't complete a basic oil change. Scott Brooks, the service manager promised he would have my driveway cleaned. He sent 2 technicians from the service dept to clean the driveway and guess what? The oil stains are still on the driveway. I emailed Scott Brooks and asked for help, and I am still waiting on a reply. Very unhappy customer. I initially gave Tarr 5 stars for service in July; however I retract that review because of the fiasco from a basic oil change!

Keith was very accommodating, as we were purchasing this vehicle online. Keith went out of his way to confirm information that was most important in our vehicle purchase (non-smoking, etc)...and provided pictures that sealed the deal!! Thank you, Keith!!

Keith, Linda Evans and all associates I came in contact with were courteous and excellent dealership to work with in my purchase. They all went above and beyond to meet and satisfy all my wants with my new truck. This dealership is super nice and love the people that make it a great experience.

The customer service at Tarr Chevrolet is awesome. They all went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted in our purchases. This is the third vehicle we've bought from Tarr and I will tell you they stand by "Satisfaction Guaranteed!" We are a part of the Tarr family and love everyone. Travis, Ed, and Tim were fantastic!
