I feel so blessed to have found Kim. I had a botched job on my eyebrows. Kim gave me the most beautiful eyebrows. She’s not only courtesy, she’s professional and took the time to care. I go for my touch up on both eyebrows and eyeliner in July. I’m super excited and fully confident that I’m in the best hands. I will and have recommended her. I can’t speak to her work. Only about the very difficult experience I had with Kim. Today. I was super excited to get permanent eyeliner but was told on my initial contact with her that availability here in Knoxville was nil. That was not communicated professionally and I was forced to schedule 4 weeks out. She gave arrival instructions which I wrote down every detail on my calendar. She was very friendly, her shop was clean, and she does amazing job! I love my eyebrows now! It didn't hurt much at all! It hurts about as much as plucking them.

I highly recommend Kim. She was great and made me feel comfortable, as this was my first time trying something like this. I know that I was not the easiest client because I was so nervous, but she handled it so well. I love my brows, and I am working up the courage to do my eyeliner soon.

Kim is the best and highly recommend you calling her to improve your Brows....My mom is 80 years old and got her brows done and wanting the eye liner next. Mom and I will be getting our eyes done next. CALL HER and make an appointment...I promise you won't regret it.
