I am new to the area and recently retired. I thought it would be fun to buy a project car. I bought a 1972 Mustang Mach 1. The fuel gauge and speedometer didn't work so I took it to these guys to fix them. This was my third visit and had established my loyalty. A couple days later the Mustang would not start. I checked the battery which I had purchased from them and it was completely dead. Since the cells did not have water I figured the battery was bad. They gave me a new battery and I went home and put it in. The next day it died on me again and would not turn over. I had to have it towed to the nearest automotive shop per my insurance policy. A couple days later I was informed by the shop that the fuel gauge that Next Level supposedly fixed, was wired to stay on constantly. This was draining the batteries. To have the gauge properly repaired cost me $462.44. I contacted Next Level to ask if they could compensate me somehow. I generously asked for 4 hours of labor giving them the opportunity to stand behind their work. I called them twice and was told that someone would call me back. No one did. So I sent an email and again got no reply. I later learned that this group got caught in a police sting operation. They apparently sold an engine that an undercover officer had sent them to replace in a vehicle. They claimed the engine never arrived however the engine was videotaped arriving at their shop. BUSTED! So, they botched my repair, wouldn't stand behind their work and they lied. So much for customer loyalty. Save yourself and your car and your pocketbook. Steer very clear of here.

It was absolutely the worst service we ever had..had our truck for 4 moths..4 month.kept putting us off with all kinds of excuses. Can't get that part.need a new engine.didnt like the first one,sent it back.second one was making noises,the 3 one had to wait for rep..never heard...excuses, excuses for 4 mths.just went picked up truck..never touched...can't even give one star...never again...

Very friendly and timely also very trustworthy upfront with pricing and not trying to upsell you on things you do not need very happy with the work they have done on my car and will continue to use them for any future repairs

This is my second time back and again Mathew Snyder the manager and employees took great care of me! I brought my car in and they were able to diagnose it on the spot. It was a bad alternator and now my car has a new one and running great again!

Over priced ! Y’all better pay techs good especially if yall charging 500 bucks to have brakes changed or over 1k to change an alternator out !

I'm not sure how there's people thats saying they didn't fix their vehicle or this wasn't done and blah blah blah. After reading what the shop responded with. Seems more like they didn't want to spend the money. And just wanted a cheap fix. Well, that's not on the shop. That's on the customer if they don't approve what the tech suggested. I've had my vehicles in and Matt was always upfront on what was needed. Would even have Hunter "the tech" explain in more detail if needed. This place is amazing and will work on any and everything I own. Thank you guys

I had a noise under my car they said it was a wheel bearing so they put two on and it did not fix the noise under my car they also said i need a brake job on my car and my brakes are perfect so i took my car to budget brakes and they checked my car and said brakes are good and said i had bad tire making a noise so i changed my tire and now my car is fixed they chargef me over 400 dollars to put wheel bearings on and my car didnt need wheel bearings just changing tires fixed my car plus they are as expensive as a dealer ship
