Kayla did a fantastic job on my nails today; she didn’t rush and was super meticulous. She made sure to ask my opinion every step of the way so I left with exactly what I wanted. I’m super impressed and pleased with her work.However, on Monday’s this salon is impossible to reach. They do not answer the phone and keep their door locked, making it impossible to get any service done. This has happened on more than one occasion. It would be easier to just close the salon that day if they’re going to act like they’re not open.Service: Acrylic nails

I Called To Get Me & My Daughter and appointment for 6 Today Because My Daughter Gets Off At 5 pm So coming from Sevierville Depending On Traffic We Could Be There By 6! The Lady That Answered The Phone Was Very Rude!!! She said NO Were Not Going To Be Able To Do It At All, I Asked Why? She just said I'm sorry were Not Going To Be Able To Do It!!! Very Good n professional This would Have Been our first time Here & Now Our last Time! I'm sorry But I Will Spend My Money Somewhere else! That Drive To Morristown isn't a problem, Just wish We Could Have found a good Nail place In Jefferson City Closer To Us! Now y'all this was just our experience, Don't want you to not give them a try, maybe your experience will Be Better I saw there reviews were very good! That's why I Was going to come here today! But Oh Well, must Not Even mean To Be! Have A Blessed Day ❤❤❤

My best friend and I had been talking about getting our nails done for awhile and I finally called Nail Place and got us appointments just to give us some much needed us time. We absolutely loved this place and the women who did our nails, I think I had the owner and I hate I didn't catch her name, I could pinch myself, she was so warm, comforting, sweet, I enjoyed carrying on a conversation with her, my best friend had Stevi and she loved her also. We showed them pictures of what we wanted and they made them exactly how we liked them, super sweet amazing women, we will absolutely be going back every fill in and design change, so glad we've found a place to have some us time and pamper ourselves. Thank you ladies sooooo much!!! Made us feel special and feel good about ourselves!!
